An awesome clothing store for latest fashion for Men and Women. I love their T Shirt, Polos and Business casual dress shirts. The choice of latest colors and fabric offer the best for a season. And, they do offer sales from time to time, when you can buy your favourite clothes.

The funniest thing about this store is that they don't do exchange or price match with JCrew Factory online, even though they are JCrew Factory store. I order a puffer jacket online and I found it's too big when I received it. So I went to this place to get it exchanged. However, I was totally shocked that they told me they don't accept exchange or price match with online store because they think they are not online store. And I can only return this item and repurchase with a higher in-store price. That's totally weird, isn't it?

The title is misleading here because this J. Crew does have carry some items that are from the regular J. Crew line as well - not everything in the store is J. Crew Factory.
That being said, I definitely try to come here whenever there's a significant sale going on, because I'm able to get a student discount stacked on top of the sale prices. They have some pretty good basics (t-shirts, polos, chinos) for guys, but some of their selection is lacking. For wool sweaters and button downs in particular, they mostly carry J. Crew Factory items and the selection is pretty limited.
If you're able to come here to catch a good sale, I would definitely recommend coming here. Also, because you're already in Great Mall, it doesn't hurt to also go to Banana Republic which sells similar items for a similar price.
