I would not use a bank or other service again! It is so easy to get travel money for your destination with Currency Exchange International. Especially when you have short notice about your trip. Have used them for two trips to Mexico and one trip for husband to Europe. The latter was very short notice so we had to travel to the Great Mall location. It was easy (pick up was 24 hours after order and on a weekend). My only issue is that my computer has an issue with theirs (can not get through the whole order process and the customer service has been great, just still working on some kinks) but I used the phone ap and everything went smooth! I noticed with other sites, its leaning toward electronic transfers to banks and this is a service where you get the "cold hard currency" of your choice. Typically can get a real person on the phone when I have a question. Great service to use.

Decent rate at 7.5% above my market plus $10 transaction fee, friendly staff. I would pay more through my bank next time as this business lacks even basic security. They are in a kiosk in the middle of The Great Mall. You are completely exposed while you make significant cash transactions. People on all sides of you. It was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessarily risky. I recommend the management pay up for safer storefront.

I hate to write such a low review but don’t get your money exchange here. The rate they give you is roughly 30-40 % below market rate. Currently, 1usd is 24,000 VND. When I went to get my money exchanged here, they gave me the rate of $1 usd to 16,000 VND!!! I honestly didn’t know they would give me such bad rate. It wasn’t until later in the day - I went online to check the rates and to my horror, they gave me rates below 30-40% market value. Truly unbelievable. I will never use them again.

Super efficient service. We got a good mix of small and large currencies. Transaction was easy. They will require you to enter your SSN though on their keypad.

Ehh I wouldn’t recommended.Needed to convert USD to pesos. I called and on the phone, they said 1 USD= 16.59I went in person the next day, and it changed to 1 USD=15.60. There was also a $4 charge.At the time, I was shocked that the number changed so quickly. My trip was the next day so I panicked and just converted about 100 USD. My thought process was, “Who knows, what if I needed cash to get a taxi from the airport to my accommodation, right? There’s no way they’d undersell to me at a rate worse than even Mexico’s worse exchange rate… right??”I wish I didn’t convert because it was unnecessary since I ultimately just rented a car (via credit card) at the airport.Surprisingly, conversion rates in Mexico were 1 USD= 16 pesos at worst. Even using credit card, the conversion rate was still around 16 pesos/1 USD. I found a place (Money Exchange San Jorge) that’d convert cash at a rate of 1 USD= 16.7 pesos, NO SURCHARGE!Tldr: Make sure you absolutely need cash before converting with this place… and if you do, make it the minimum amount.The only upside of this place is if you immediately need pesos (e.g. you were d*** like me and didn’t call your bank at least 2 days ahead).Otherwise, this isn’t the place to exchange for traveling purposes. You’re better off going with your destination country’s exchange rate if you couldn’t do this in time.

We had an excellent experience here. Customer service was great! They emailed me a confirmation the same dayand was able to pick it up 2 days later. Will use them again for future currency exchange.

Needed to get some foreign currency for a trip we were taking. It was easy to place the order online, and within a couple of days I was notified my order was ready for pick up. There was one problem with the order - I ordered mixed bills but I was given only one denomination.

Easy and convenient place for foreign currency exchange. It's in the great mall and is a stand. Check in with Yelp and get 50 percent off of the exchange fee. Fast easy and you can get some cash for travel. You should always have some in case your card doesn't work or something else. I've been here before for pounds and euros. The fees are reasonable and it's easier than ordering through a bank.
