Kalyan seems to be busy at all times. It is difficult to find time to talk to him. He has promised to finish our taxes within x days only to fail to meet the stated timeline over and over.

There are definitely better locations in the Bay Area. Kalyan is rarely available, and his work comes across as half-assed most of the time.

Though appointments are not required, it's better to visit with an appointment. Kalyan helped me for filing tax returns. I would give 5 stars for his patience. He is soft spoken and answers all your questions.

I was refered to Agile Tax in 2011 through one of my cousin and have been getting my taxes filed by them for the last 4 years. They have their own portal for uploading documents which kept the process simple and easy. Never had any issues with them since they were honest with all the documentation process. Very much recommended for anyone who wants a streamlined hazzle free procedure. I have refered over 15 of my friends to Kalyan and everyone were happy with the company's service.
