It is 10:44 pm and this is my experience at this 7/11. The cashier rang up my goods. I gave money and the cashier kept my change, again. I asked why & he said he was busy with the 7/11 tablet. The cashier eventually gave me my change, refused to show me his name badge and said that I'm banned from this 7/11. Sarcastically did I miss something when I asked for my change & his name. Was I in the wrong? Time to find out who owns this franchise, yes.

Terrible customer service!!! The guy at the counter was very rude. He told me I was wasting the Lotto papers because I had marked the numbers incorrectly so I had to redo it all over again. What a jerk as if he was paying for the papers or I wasted them purposely. I only wasted three papers!!

I was there! The 7-Eleven at North Milpitas Blvd and Washington Dr, just south of Dixon Landing. 7-Eleven is an example of a branded-standardized store. Each store has the same basic items and decor. That's important, because 7-Eleven wants you to trust that a store in Milpitas will carry the same basic items that your hometown store has. The only variables would be:-customer service-cleaniness-amount of stock on-hand-quality of hot foods (holding times)-safety, do you feel safe shopping here? I was at 7-Eleven in Milpitas for about 20-mins waiting for a coworker. I went inside twice to buy things. The cashier was cool and friendly. They were in the process of stocking up, so there were totes everywhere. The hot foods were mostly hotdogs and half a pizza. I would question the holding times. The inside of the store was clean and bright. I felt safe shopping here. The store has a large private parking lot. It doesn't link to the small strip mall next door. So the rather large lot is all 7-Eleven. In the 20-mins I was there, I only saw one person loitering around outside. In general, a good experience.
