Great store, spacious and clean. But their bathrooms are SO dirty. The sinks and even the door to the men’s room are so grimy I didn’t want to touch anything. It’s always like this.

I love this hardware store. They seem to have EVERYTHING. Their selection of paint is unmatched. Parking is ample. The staff is helpful, the prices are reasonable, and I love to make a day of it just walking around browsing their myriad of available products and dreaming about what I could do with them. The store is VERY clean, brightly lit, and pleasant in every way. If you need hardware-related stuff GO HERE.

Website says they close at 8pm. Drive all the way down there only find out the store closes at 7pm. Sign on door says open till 7pm but their website says 8pm. Somebody needs to change the website because I am sure that numerous customers have driven own there to find our they're closed. Very upset with this place. Waste of time ,my gas and still have to drive to home depot. I will not shop here anymore.

Got help from an expert to find specific bolt and coupling in the last few minutes before closing.i’m so glad that the owners of the new OSH saw that the store had been an overall success, that it was worth restarting. OSH has things I can’t find anywhere else.And they seem to keep inventory up instead of running out like the bigger guys.Stores are always pretty much spotless.Getting in and out is much more convenient than the bigger guys.I prefer OSH over other hardware stores, mostly because the OSH stores are more uniform. You know what you’re gonna get.(My guess is that the former OSH’s upper management grew too large unnecessarily; too many top hats getting lots of raises - “because golfing at all the top courses plus lessons is getting so darned expensive!”, maybe.They likely didn’t know how to roll with the punches, tighten the belt, jettison the dead weight, survive at all costs. They killed the cash cow and her spoils.I wonder what they think about what they’re seeing now.)The new OSH is definitely panning out to be everything we missed about the old OSH.I noticed the inventory is increasing. It makes sense that it would take a while to get all the product back on the shelves like it had been before.

Staff is super nice. I dropped my wallet and the manager came and found me. I can't say enough about how honesty goes a long ways. I am a fan! I went to the nursery and they have a small selection of nice plants. They also have a lot of nice pots. They have a dedicated drought tolerant selection, fruit trees, ornamentals and shrubs. They have good soil material also. It's a cross between a super dedicated Nusery and a big box retail. OSH has been there for years but this version is much nicer with good merchandise and pricing.

Absolutely love this location! Their service is so welcoming from the moment you enter, while walking around the store , at the register even nicer! I was taking a picture with their RIP cardboard cut out and they offered to take the picture for us and then they gave our dog Skye treats at check out! Thank you for a very clean and well stocked store , and great customer service! We are fortunate they are in our neighborhood!!!

Nice store with great selection, but had to abandon our cart after being asked to switch cashiers twice (to each other). The second lady was rather rude tbh. I’m assuming they’re a bit short staffed, but no need for attitude. Ended up ordering from Amazon, which was unfortunate given our otherwise enjoyable trip to the store.
