Called them last minute at 8:30 pm as my glass on my tank broke and needed one asap. They answered, had it in stock, and even waited 5 min after closing to take care of me since I was driving from Redwood City. 10/10 customer service everytime from these guys. Highly recommend!

Loved this place, was my go to before moving out to the east coast where it's nearly impossible to get vape juice, especially delivered. They always carried my favorite BSX Series Fizzy Lemonade. Stocked up before moving but that only lasted me a couple months. Might have to go back and stock up on a years supply haha. The guys were always really nice and knowledgeable about alternative products to try when they had run out of something.

Every time I've visited Millbrae Vape, I've been greeted with friendly and welcoming people. I have a friend that owns a vape shop in SF, but I still prefer this shop (shhh, don't tell him that!) I quit smoking cigarettes back in October of 2021, and definitely feel like vaping is not better than quitting all together, but it is definitely better than smoking big tobacco. This shop has fantastic customer service, and makes a point to learn you as a customer. Their high attention to detail means that they don't want you to leave with a defective product, and will immediately remedy it if it is. Super high marks in my book, and a huge shout out to everyone at Millbrae Vape! You guys are the absolute best, and I'll always be a customer!

5 stars isn't enough. They are up there with my favorite sushi place and my psychiatrist at this point! Thank you for going way out of your way to stay open later, to make sure I had a vape so I didn't have to go back to smoking cigarettes around my kids or around anyone (yea, I dropped mine in water... ) my parents, my kids, my neighbors all thank you!

I was traveling and left my vape in my car at the airport before flying to SFO for work for a few days. Fortunately Millbrae Vape was open by the time I finished my job and even had a few RDA's to choose from! Got the Voopoo Drag Refresh with a Dead Rabbit V3 RDA. The staff was even kind enough to let me build and wick my new rig at the counter!

In a time where customer service is almost extinct, please read this review. Millbrae Vape is the "Nordstrom" of Vaping expertise and customer service. I had the unique pleasure of spending about 30 mins with Koko, and he is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and LOVES TO HELP his customers! He really enjoys helping folks out, he is so kind and polite, it's unbelievable! Please do yourself a favor and purchase your Vaping needs from this fabulous retail store...and maybe ask if Koko is available...even if you don't have vaping questions, Koko will make your day and allow you to realize there ARE still fantastic merchants around who are pleased to offer the very BEST Customer Service available.

Open til 9...my pen broke and they were only local I could make it to before closing. Great customer service and very pleasant. Found exactly what I was looking for. Kudos. Easy to find and lots of parking.
