“I looked online for mechanics in the area for BMW and the reviews were said it all. I called and a gentleman by the name of Will took my call and was able to fit me in the same day. He called me with options to resolve the issue and was able to pick up my car same day before the close of business. Very satisfied with the outcome, good customer service and happy to have chosen to go to Bay Motor Works.”
“Robin is an unbelievable breath of fresh air. My elderly father and I were in the middle of a road from from Riverside CA to Seattle WA in a 1955 Ford Thunderbird and we experienced major brake trouble in the area, necessitating a tow. There's more to the story but we had the car towed to a shop around the corner on a Sunday. Monday morning the other shop wouldn't give me the time of day or help in any way whatsoever. They didn't have a nice word to say about Robin's shop around the corner, even though Robin not only took my call first thing but called me back several times to get me in same day. When I arrived he immediately brought a tech out and solved the problem in less than 15 mins, even showing me how to make the adjustment myself between the master cylinder and booster. He then proceeded to NOT CHARGE ME. I insisted on paying him something but bottom line is this guy is honest, helpful and went out of his way to bail us out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED; will tell everyone I know. Kudos to great service and how-how!”

“Extremely honest and efficient auto repair. I will definitely be coming back here. I think I paid less than what I was quoted too. I’m sure that doesn’t always happen but it was a nice surprise for me. I stopped by and showed them what needed to be fixed and it was ready in less than 2 hours. Again, I’m sure that is situational but I was really pleased and able to get back to the smog station before they closed for a recheck.”
“When it comes to sudden auto problems, I never want to be a pain in the neck for auto mechanic shops (esp as a new customer with no rapport yet). Justin is graceful, accommodating, patient & informative. The crew work their butts off to get everybody done, and seem to keep their cool. “What a great experience! I found Righetti online, after having an issue pop up on the weekend. They were the only shop open on a Saturday and Steve answered after the first ring. He agreed to see me in the afternoon after finishing with another customer and sure enough, he was ready to help when I arrived. “I left my first review in 2011 and still think these guys are fantastic! We recently moved and tried two places near our new home with terrible results. I've decided it's not worth it. We're just going to drive from Petaluma to All Autos and be done with it. Yann and company have always been straight with us and given us the cheap and quick option or the by the book option based on the maintenance schedule based on what we can afford at the time. We have four cars under their care.”

“We had a couple of problems with one of our bikes while passing through town and are so very thankful for Adam and City Cycle Werkes. We pulled in on a Monday morning, Adam diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, fixed everything in 3-4 hours and got us back out on the road to continue our trip on the same day. We felt he was very honest and fair. The cost for everything was reasonable. We would definitely use City Cycle Werkes again and recommend this shop and Adam to you.

This is our 4th time coming here for 3 different cars.
More recently, we were quoted $6500 by another shop ( carmax), And "all tire" ended up doing it for $1600.
Service is great and they are honest. Ben is our guy.
My former shop said I needed a new transmission and I just ended up needing something minor that saved me $$$.”

They were super busy when I arrived but Jesus (hella friendly!) took care of me and everyone else in line by getting non-oil oil projects out of the way first (yay new cabin air filter!)
