The service here is great. Jesse is the man you want to see about getting your rental car. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. He gives you all the necessary info you'll need to know ahead of time such as their toll road policy. Nice to know before hand. I rented from other agency's and this was the first place to advise me of how it works with billing. I would definitely recommend budget and Jesse.

Jesse was amazing. Stayed late to get me my truck rental as I was coming from out of town to pick it up. Very friendly. Went above and beyond. Quick efficient service. Recommend.

Abusive pricing. They'll give you a quote online, abd when you arrive jack the rate by 50%. Then when you show them the quote, YOU have to call customer service. They won't fix it to match.They push truck insurance and if you balk will eventually drop the price. Meaning the price was too high to start with!F predatory pricing, aggressive "too much hassle to fix" overcharging. This industry can eat a fat one.If you try to get the price at the store to match the email quote (which says is guaranteed) you'll spend over an hour on the phone. The local place refuses to help.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the guy that helped tried. I ordered a truck rental to be p/u at 9am , I showed up early asked if I could possibly get the truck any earlier, he said let me see what I can do, mind you they were busy it was 8am right when they open I waited not a problem, I am then told that he does have a truck for ok cool I should have waited for my 9am appointment because the truck I am given some guy had dropped it off after having it for 2 weeks No Gas, the truck was disgusting! It SMELLED so bad not at first but as it sat in sun to firment it was stomach turning! the driver seat would not move forward, the back would not move up I'm 5'3 my toes barley touched the pedals, the only way I could see over the steering wheel was to sit up my back not touching the back of the seat. The hood would not shut, the brakes were GRINDING into the metal some kind of clanking knocking noises oil was leaking like crazy did I mention that it smelled so bad I almost threw up each time I got in that truck. Now you might ask if I noticed all these issues"Why didn't I go back right away and let them you huh hull kk puthem know" I did, I was told that's ok they'll have to take care of all that you just go about and take care of your business..When I brought the truck back I couldn't get out of it fast enough I let them know that, that should NOT be given to another customer, actually it Should NOT be on Road! The agent just kept saying" Really" okay I'll let them know. Mel A

The person who helped me for my rescheduled appointment was very nice and again apologized for what happened and explained that they should have handled the previous situation better, I accepted the apology and said that I know it's not his (or even Cliff's) fault since they're not the one physically handling the vehicle and they just getting updates as well. He took care of my appointment and everything is well, he was very personable and nice.

I make a reservation a month before my moving date and they call me a day before that they donot have my truck they full of it......donot go to this place
