Would not recommend. They are not a verizon store, but an authorized dealer. $40 per line charge is there fee and everything I have in writing was not submitted correctly. It has taken 3 phone calls to fix all the issues this location created and over 3hrs on the phone with verizon so far total. Even verizon is submitting an issue because of how badly the service was

Diana was nothing but help and could explain everything to us . My dog would have been stuck out in the 101 degree weather . She invited us in loved our dog and got her water . She is as the helpful Verizon person I ever met .

I was having trouble receiving phone calls due to a Verizon store in Oakhurst, CA. did not set up my phone properly. This morning on 4/1/24, I went to the Verizon Store at 145 E Yosemite Ave Ste B, Merced Ca. 95340 and spoke to a gentleman named Jack. I highly recommend his to anyone who has a problem with their phone. He was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining every step to get my phone to work correctly.
Jack is very thoughtful and very considerate, and you can tell he enjoys his job and loves working with people. Thank you for having a great employee like Jack helping people like me. Theresa Bond

The Manager Angela was Extremely Rude and The sales Rep lied to Me about The Phone I was sold and said it was More Money for a Different Color but same Model Phone and I was also Lied to about what I was Paying for in store and was Told it was All FREE which was a LIE and I was Slammed with Insurance which I didn’t want at ALL but said they couldn’t do anything and I had to call Verizon to remove it Myself and Put on The Highest Plan because They said I had to Choose that Exact Plan it was All Lies and Deception Worst Experience Ever.

The experience at this store was wonderful. The two people working seemed happy to be there and were attentive to the customers around them. Jack was who helped me, and it was the best customer service experience I have ever had with Verizon. He not only made the process easy, he was friendly and personable, and made the time go by quickly while my phone was transferred over by being able to converse on my level and interests. I imagine he is able to do this with the rest of the people who visit. I also observed how helpful he was to his coworker. He provided the deals clearly and worked with me on what I used and didn’t use to make the best set up for my needs. I usually dread going into retail stores, and was feeling the same way before going in to this store, but I would not hesitate to return to this branch because of my excellent experience. Thank you Jack for such a pleasant time, and the team there for such an easy process!
