I heard funny sounds, pulled off hwy. Went to start, and the serpentine belt broke. I contacted tow truck, got towed to E & J. They made time for my vehicle. Grandma alone, with 2 kids & 2 dogs. In 100 degree heat. Put us all in a shady spot, directed us to food with in walking distance. Finish my car, had me back on highway. Can feel better about reaching my destination. I appreciate the kind service. Gave us cold water, and for dogs. Drove the vehicle to make sure it is okay. Checked my fluid levels, and tire pressure. It felt like I was being taken care of. It was a correct, and reasonable price. This grandma was pleased with efficiency, and speediness, and curtiousness. Thank you for for getting me back home. Back to Bouse Arizona.

This business took me without an appointment for a smog check immediately and was done so quickly I barely had time to pet the adorable dog out front. Super fast and good price. Very friendly and personalble guy behind the desk. Highly recommend!!

I should have known better.
I decided to give these guys a chance to smog
My honda
I'm a mechanic so I keep my car pretty well tuned
I asked could you smog my car?
The guy said yes everything is stock I say I just have one concern I installed aem cold air intake
It has California compliance tag
But either way with California strict air laws I decided to ask if I'd be a problem
What a complete joke this guy was the legendary stay away from mechanic
After opening my hood for him he immediately
Started grabbing my top of the line radiator hoses and say no this is no....wth...
Then looked under my car and says no that's not
The right catalytic converter
People listen clearly the catalytic converter was just installed by turlock smog shop
No funny business
After I stated this he then said we'll
Still were going to have to look up numbers
I'm like ok....
Then I said I usually take it to merced smog in last 5 smog I did for my car it always passed
He then said yea well you should take it to them
If they always pass it
Like I'm not special if car doesn't pass it doesn't pass things happen so already I was like this guy doesn't want to make money?
Or what he continues to say yea take it wherever you usually take it because I don't want to fail/not pass it .....wth?
Ooook so I said no thank you I'm definitely not doing business with you guys
This hole in the wall was screaming stay away
But I decided to try them
Never again telling me my top of the line silicone radiator hoses were wrong
Was not even I. The smog description
I could only imagine a person with no understanding of mechanical
He must not know I was a mechanic and
Complete seen through his scamming ways
He definitely scam artist
I left letting hi. Know absolutely no thank you
I then went to my regular place Merced smog center love these kind folk
And was out in less than 10 minutes with a passed smog test
IL be honest that's what I get for trying to cheat on my original smog place and
Also for trying a literal dump
Saving 20 dollars ain't worth it folks in the long run.
Live and learn.

Have had two cars utterly ruined here for fairly simple repairs. First time felt like foul play. Second time I asked the shop that was on the exact same block as this one and confirmed; foul play. Ruining cars and then trying to upsell on parts that you didn't even go in for. And the cars they sell are all lemons. Wouldn't send anyone I know here and definitely wouldn't take my car here. At all. I've been told by multiple people after the fact that this shop is shady.

A truly amazing company!! We had issues with our blinker light for almost a year, went to several auto places that were higher named and they kept telling us it was electrical and that it was an issue with the wiring. Couldn’t get anywhere with it. Went to these guys and turned out it wasn’t wiring at all, was fixed within 15 minutes. They will be a go to for all our car issues from now on. They were also so kind here, I really recommend them!
