Wine kept safely at the right temp and humidity. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good service when deliveries come, they hang onto it for me under lock and key.

Pretty basic structure for storing your wine. There is ample space and the staff is nice, but the building feels a little old and pieced together rather than built exclusively for its current purpose. I guess if you're just storing wine, you don't need much else, but it would be nice to have less of a warehouse feel and more of a wine cellar feel.

We have been customers of this facility for a long time since 2010 and use it even now after we have moved abroad. Great way to store our expensive wines.Thanks.

Pretty useless staff. No help or guidance for selecting wines at all, but I get their business is focused on storage. Told them I wanted a red or white Burgundy and got met with, "Everything we sell here is high end, but there's a Safeway down the street." Lolz, if I'm asking for Burg, I probably don't want it at Safeway. Anyway, bought a quick bottle of Roulot Luchets ($349) and popped it that same night. Village wine for village level service :')

Great place to store wine. Lots of choices for locker sizes, very friendly staff. I feel my wine is very safe and secure.

When I rented my first lockers in 2005 I thought it would be more or less a temporary fix. Now, coming up on my 17th anniversary here, I can only report great things about The Wine Bank and their stable, friendly staff. Great service, great value, two thumbs up!

Very well priced wines available for sale on their website and usually a big selection. The storage is great too if you need extra cellar space. Only gripe is that their website won't load anything past page one on some searches which is frustrating.

We stored our wine there for years, and never any problems. We also had our wines shipped directly to them and they held them until we could place them in our storage unit. Friendly and accommodating staff.
