Had a taster session and it was extraordinary. I usually work out on Nautilus and universal gym with a trainer. This session pushed me in a fresh and really fast way. - I was in and out in 22 minutes! Going back for more! Thanks Perfect Workout Menlo Park!

I’ve been going to The Perfect Workout for 2-1/2 years. I always look forward to my 20 minute workouts and lately I’ve been using the ARX machine which has helped me gain more strength than I ever thought possible. If you are looking for a way to get strength in a shorter period of time, I highly recommend The Perfect Workout. You will not be disappointed/.

This is a review long due for trainer - Jared Toulon. Initially had some scheduling issues, however, Jared stepped-in and made things right. In my opinion, Jared is highly qualified to do what he does. He has lots of patience and a great demeanor to make a great experience for his clients. I highly recommend perfect workout - especially w/trainer Jared Toulon!

The Perfect Workout, ARX option, provides a challenging exercise program tailored to individual abilities and customized to each client. Alyx, the lead trainer, does an excellent job of motivating every client with an emphasis on correct form and positive reinforcement and unconditional regard.

Love the Fast Fit resistance training at the Perfect Workout. Adaptive resistance training, where every rep is the hardest you’ve ever done, is great if you want tough workout in 20min. Trainers Alyx and Jared are great at stepping you through the exercises and encouraging you to go all out. Highly recommended.

ARX Resistance Training Program is a great way to train using science and technology to advance to the next level of fitness.
Look for Jared or Alyx. Parking is definitely available and if you're fortunate, you could meet Smokey.

I've been working out with The Perfect Workout for over a year and I am still amazed at the results I get and the muscle I have built working with Alyx and the other trainers. i will never go back to a traditional gym workout. I have recommended this location to numerous people and I recommend anyone to give it a try.

I've been working out at the Perfect Workout in Menlo Park for over a year and I've seen great progress in my fitness. It's tough love! The staff Is very friendly. Flexible with the schedules, encouraging and compentent. I highly recommend TPW if you are looking for personal training with results.

You will pay more than $60 for a 20 minute session maximum. The workout room is small and crowded. The people are upbeat and cheery, but it's really bad value for $ spent and not great COVID precautions. Seems like this is a great example of shrink-flation - when I last visited it was more like $55 a session and there was a full 30 minutes scheduled. 2 rooms were available for workout equipment, while now it's all crammed into 1 room.
