Staff is helpful, rooms are clean but small, rate for the area is very good, don't hear neighbors in the room next to you.9/25/2023 update: breakfast room downstairs is being renovated, so if you want hot water for tea, go to 3rd floor water filter.Walkability: Easy walk to most SLAC meetings, especially the conference room.

I stayed 2 nights here while my husband was having a procedure at Stanford Hospital. I hope they understand how appreciative I am for their Stanford patient rate. When you're from out of town and your loved one is going through health issues, having to find an affordable/safe place to stay can be overwhelming.Pros- Price.- Clean, no frills room.- Mini fridge and microwave in room.- Close to Stanford hospital (10 minutes depending on time of day).- I felt very safe here, especially with the guard stand in the parking lot.- No additional charge for parking, like nearby hotels.Cons- Parking.- WiFi is hard to connect to and spotty.- Noise/sounds carry. Bring a white noise machine if you're a light sleeper.- There's no longer a continental breakfast (I assume that's a post-COVID thing).
