The team at MAS is the best - friendly, communicative and supportive. I rented a unit here for two years. The space was clean and dry and the facility is well-maintained. I can't recommend MAS enough and thanks again to Kassandra, Vanessa and Juan for a great experience.

The units are easy to access and the there is a hydraulic lift and wheeled carts in the buildings to help with shifting stuff in and out. The office staff are friendly, and automatic billing was easy.

I went here after an absolute nightmare customer service experience with Public Storage. The staff at the office were super helpful and knew what they were doing. The price and freeway-side location are good too.

I’ve previously rented here and am returning because the staff is so so nice. Setting everything up was so easy, we exchanged maybe 5-6 emails and lots of the process is already taken care of. Not to mention the facility itself was clean and super secure. Definitely recommend!

I rented a storage unit here for a few months in 2015, and I still think about this place periodically because the staff was SO NICE. They sent me a thank-you card in the mail to thank me for my business. Unreal! Everyone was also incredibly nice on the phone and in person.

I stored some things here about 25 years ago, and I went back to them to store furniture and household items while we're remodeling our house. Vanessa is great -- really positive, professional in getting the paperwork together, and overall welcoming to the storage complex. Juan will show you your unit before you lease it, and it's fun to ride in his golf cart (in the back, COVID-compliant). He's around to help you deal with any questions, issues with elevators, etc.This is a convenient location, a fair price (no smoke and mirrors), and the storage units are clean. Their code-in, code-out procedures are easy but give a sense of security. I recommend M-A Storage for sure!

This is a great business run by great people. I have dealt with them since 2016 and I can say that they are the best in what they do and are extremely helpful, they are so easy to deal with. I recommend them highly.

We rented space from MAS two years in a row while my son attended college in the area. The first year, we rented a storage unit, as well as a spot to store a vehicle for the summer break. The office staff was stellar from the very first phone call. They made sure that any snags in the rental requirements were ironed out for us, which was very much appreciated, as I was making arrangements from across the country. While away, my son's friends needed to gain access to the storage unit and/or car, and the office staff made the necessary arrangements without any hesitation. When he returned, everything was in perfect order. When we needed to store items again this year, we went directly to MAS. The registration process went very smoothly, as they were able to access all of our information from the prior rental. As others have said, the office staff is very friendly, very helpful and actually a joy to talk to on the phone. The property is very clean and tightly secured with automatic gates. They are clearly very proud of the quality of service they provide and the property itself. Nothing I've seen before or since with storage unit personnel. The pricing is also very reasonable.
