Horrible service not friendly at all and I asked to help me out to diagnose my truck and I will pay for the diagnosis. The answer was a strong no!!!! Not going to recommend to anyone

I came here for an Oil Change and they took me in fast and quick. I recommend coming in the morning when it is less busy. Just fill out your info and they'll take you right in.

Today was my 2nd time at this station to get gas after my full-serve station went out of business. I was able to pump my gas but needed help checking the tires and coolant level. This time Jessy helped me. He was so friendly and understanding that some of us older folks need a little assistance. I want to thank Jessy and Carlos for bringing a little bit of Mayberry to our now crazy and hectic lives.

Found a giant screw in my tire, called and drove my car over. They repaired it right on the spot in the middle of a very busy day - took less than 10 minutes. Thanks for this guys - from now on I'll be buying all my gas here.

In the middle of relocating I found out both my brake lights had gone out at the same time. I didn't have a lot of time to get this issue taken care of, so I called George and Bob's and brought my car over. They took care of both tail lights right away, and they didn't even charge for labor! (I left a tip). It was a small repair, but without access to my tools and in the middle of a very stressful time I can't overstate how far a little great service like this goes. Thanks for the quick repair, and I'll definitely be coming back here.

I've had such great service here. I would recommend this service station to anyone but especially disabled persons who need assistance getting gas.

I always have great service here. Sometimes I bring my car to make sure my tire pressure reading skills are not off. The service person is always surprised anyone is actually choosing the full service option but always polite and does all the necessary checks. Most recently I had a tire losing air and the gentleman at the service bay quickly identified where the leak was and fixed it right up. He was professional and friendly through the whole process (and even replaced one of my missing tire valve caps).

The (!) emergency symbol showed up on my dash this weekend after a drive to the city and back. The last time this happened, a nail was discovered in one of my tires after a blowout on the freeway! I drove into the 76 and sighed as I noticed a long line of cars already there this morning. Obviously they were busy! Jesse immediately emerged from the garage and listened as I explained the problem. He directed me to the gas pump that had the air hose. He informed me that my tires were low and that all they needed were a bit of air. What a relief! Just wanted to recognize the great job Jesse did - very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help! If I need any repairs in the future I will certainly stop by again. Bonus: right down the street from where I live. Thank you so much Jesse!!

Friendly, helpful, fast, efficient, clean .... but most of all friendly. That's why I never fill up anywhere else when I'm in the Palo Alto area.
