These reviews are old or IDK because the very BEST part of my experience in this store was Reyna. The amazing and awesome employee that helped me so much! They also had a sweet old woman who brought all the testers to the counter to buy and they were so sweet and patient with her and went and grabbed her the new items while reassuring her it was no big deal and they were happy to help. The store was clean and stocked and I didn't feel rushed or unwelcomed or like I asked too many questions ....it was a great day and I would highly recommend finding Reyna should you ever need help. They were an absolute DOLL! Give this employee a raise please! They are an asset to your company. I will happily drive the hour it takes to get here to buy my beauty items... Right passed my local Ulta where I am ignored by the employees and stalked by a security guard with zero clue how much money I would spend if they ever once made me feel as welcome as all the employees at this Sephora did. Thanks and I'll be back.

Workers are very rude and dismissive. No one even acknowledges you when you enter and when you ask for help they make it feel like you’re an inconvenience to them.

My customer service representative Flower?????? is as pleasant as her name. Flower was extremely kind and Knowledgeable about all SEPHORA’s products. I’m shopping at this store at least 6 times a month and have Never experienced customer service like Mrs. Flower, the most kind warm hearted person who is genuinely a great person inside & out! If some is looking to shop at this SEPHORA, Flower ? is the person you should be looking ? for. I want the management to understand the rare ? jewel you have at this location, if your looking to promote or hold a training class on customer service ? Flower should hold that position. I’m the CEO of my company and I can definitely tell you customer service is high on my return visits, everyone must ask for this young lady if your tired of poor service and would like a breath of fresh air, ? Flower is the customer service person you want…with a priceless warm smile and excellent knowledge of all products! I’m blown away by Flowers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????????????????Thank you Flower for the ? ???????????? customer service! Just one of the Awesome products she advised me on and ladies this works Great, it’s like a lip gloss and moisturizer all in one and stays on for hours! I love, love, love this recommendation from Flower ? and every other products she recommended A++++++???????

I called this location to see if they had the Rare Beauty foundation in my shade. Luckily they did and the lady was kind enough to reserve it for me since it was the last one.When I got there, I asked about the color match just because online was telling me different. The ladies were nice enough to help me confirm what shade was the best for me since I'm pretty new to makeup. They had also helped me find eyebrow products. What I loved was that they offered to show me a higher end product AND a lower end product. Thank you for the great customer service!

I see a lot of reviews about one associate with brown hair and blonde highlights. Me and a friend of mines interacted with her today and she was really rude and dismissive when asked a question. When I asked her a question about the Sephora account and if I could use the thirty percent off for certain Sephora items. She just asked my ranking I said “i’m an insider” she said “are you going to buy Sephora items? it’s only for Rogue members” and when I told her i’m an insider she didn’t say anything. Overall wasn’t a good experience. A lot of the people must be overworked because you can see the annoyance of their face when you ask a question.

The manager Jaime REFUSED to use my coupon I got for returning an Amazon item for 25% off because she's "never seen that before" I showed it on my kohls rewards wallet. And she still denied it. I never had an issue with coupons IN MY LIFE with kohls. This manager is a witch and tried to only give me 15% off. False advertisement! I'm contacting corporate but I wanted to warn people to not rely on the kohls wallet app and hold on to the paper one. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Compared to other Sephora shops I agree that they need to improve customer service. Most of the stores I've been the staffs are super accommodating but here you don't feel you're welcome. I gave 2 stars because one of the 4 staffs when I bought a perfume was actually nice.

Enter through the doors of Kohl's in Menifee and you will find Sephora, which is front and center, so if you miss it you might need an eye exam...lol The store within a store carries most brands you'll find at a regular corporate Sephora. I was glad to see they carried Patrick Starrr's One Size brand, as I never made it back to the location at the Promenade in Temecula. I went to W. Covina the other day and the location inside the mall was a lot smaller and they didn't carry One Size. =( Laura (the blonde with the glasses...I hope I remembered her name!) was super nice and helped me find my shade. She wasn't pushy trying to make a sale, which I appreciate. On the first try, she nailed my foundation color and with that, I was sold!! These tend to last me a while, so I'm good for a few months. The eyeliner is also a good one, as I have used it on special occasions and it holds up well in hot weather! No smearing or smudging, so no raccoon eyes here, lol! Can't wait to try the new mascara that dropped 2 days ago...I'm a self-proclaimed mascara whore, haha!! Lots of parking in the Countryside Marketplace in Menifee, near Best Buy. Don't forget your birthday freebie if you're a rewards member! Thanks for a great experience Laura! Thank you also for the sample mascara!! See you again soon!! ;)

The cashier, a woman with brown hair and highlights made me extremely uncomfortable and feel as if I were an inconvenience. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while.

Kohl's started putting Sephora's into their stores, just after Targét started putting Ultra's into theirs. Both copied Best Buy in having a specialty retailers kiosk presence. This Sephora is very brightly lit and has a prominent presence at the center of the store, just as you come in. My better half couldn't find much difference in their merchandise. Only thing we noticed, was a shortage of the overwhelming assistance you normally get at the typical Sephora store. See photos. We shopped and bought a few things, but this location beats the schlep down the 215 to Temecula.
