The employees are wonderful the facility is super clean and I found out that I couldn't rent the storage after all and they were nice to give me back all my money and I sure do appreciate that so in the future I would definitely go back to them

Beale Storage exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The facility was impeccably clean, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Security measures were top-notch, providing peace of mind for my Studio belongings. The staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. Overall, I highly recommend Beale Storage to anyone in need of storage services. Especially if you live in Edgewater or on the Military base near by. A+ experience.

Beale Storage is amazing. I went to storage facilities around the area and they were not very friendly or eye grabbing. Once I spoke to someone on the phone and then met them at the facility, all my stress was gone. They were super nice and professional and the facility was new, clean, and I felt my items were safe. I don't know if anyone checks these anymore but if you are looking for storage in the Marysville/***** area by the Air Force base, this is the place. ****** them or I think they should be on *********

Been there for awhile, clean facility. They are in the middle of adding over 7000 square feet of new storage spaces. Friendly owner. Secure area, cameras and alarm system. Easy location right next to the college on Beale Road.

The new manger does NOT know what she is doing they charge your credit card with out your permission and there is never any one on site to talk to or answer the phone calls even to return messages you leave this is NOT how you run a. Business

Worst experience I have EVER had with a business! The office manager was so rude to me when I called! They require unreasonable deposits too. I'd rate 0 if I could.

Management has gone downhill. Very unprofessional lately handling customers and addressing issues. They are unable to keep the location secure.

Does anyone know the owner of Beale storage is it Shane Wild is he missing cause for the last 2 weeks I've called and I have not get a hold of him I've asked for a call I haven't seen him at the storage he has always answered the phone and not give my information out to anybody and there was a female who was answering the call and using the payment and would not return a call with the owner I was just wondering if everything's okay thanks for anybody if they could help

If you want a clean and very secure storage facility. Beale Storage is your best bet. Every unit has an alarm. You won't have to worry about anyone breaking into your unit. Great place and very professional staff! I just wish they were everywhere!
