The only reason why I give this a one star is because that's the lowest rating you can give. I chose the store because I get off work at 6:00 they are supposed to be closing at 8:00 my cat has fleas and I had to wait till payday to get her medicine it is payday I had a curbside pickup for tonight. For some reason this location is closed the young man who answered the phone was very nice and asked his manager is it okay if he just went and got my order and the manager said no. I am canceling my order here and I'm going to go to PetSmart where they are open and accommodate their customers and don't close for no reason whatsoever and still have employees inside. I'm very disappointed in this I am very upset about this. And if they're going to close early they should post it online.

Miss the previous worker there. The current staff are not very good. They made me wait to service me after I paid my order. Second time they've done this. Staff walk around the store doing nothing. I rather pay extra to go to the competition to get better service. Very disappointed w/Petco in Martinez, CA.

Great store. Everyone was nice. I did ask a question about lighting for reptiles and the young lady said she was not too sure, but she was gonna read up on it for next time. I googled my question and all was good.

Smaller selection of fish than other locations (or competitor petsmart) but they had a better and cleaner looking selection than petsmart. This is a smaller store, and their feeder fish seemed pretty large for feeder fish. Probably don't sell many feeders... there weren't alot of employees available to help either. It was a ok trip.

Petco is the only pet store we use. The staff are easily available, friendly and know their store. Never pushy.

The staff here bends over backwards to make your visit and enjoyable experience, literally, they hire contortionists. I asked for directions to the pet beds and a staff member cartwheeled all the way down the aisle to the location finishing in a triple flip... Never been so impressed by the service in my life
