I recommend Char's Flower Shoppe for funeral cross arrangements and custom requests. I purchased 'peaceful crossover' in dark purple. The flowers are beautiful and they were able to include a custom request for my favorite flower, lisianthus. The color is perfect. They were sure to call me and clear up any questions about delivery. The cross is still looking quite beautiful 7 days later to my surprise and the fragrance of stock is lovely. I've never purchased a professional arrangement so the price was a little hard for me to accept, but it was worth it for my late grandmother-in-law's funeral. She would have been so flattered. I chose the standard size but would go ahead and get a larger version if I had the money since it's not that much more. I've included a picture of the arrangement from the first day and also on the 7th day, still looking great. I did add water when it started to dry out. Thank you Neil.

Neil did an amazing job with last minute floral arrangement for the loss of my uncle. He was very prompt with getting it delivered to my cousin the same day. Thank you Neil!! I highly recommend this florist!!

Horrible experience ordered flowers for a special occasion days in advance and they couldn't even deliver on time. Given that the order was days in advance notice they should have been able to deliver during the day 8-5 nope wasn't until late in the evening and it was a place of business not a house or home so after special person already left for the day. Paid lots of money for a disappointment. Called and left message to give a chance for them to make it right. No response back crickets. This flower shop is horrible would not recommend unless you like over priced disappointments then this is the shop for your needs.

Horrible flower shop bad service delivery sucks they will disappoint you in all aspects of your special occasion and they are not responsive at all. Once they get your money it's no care for you or your needs at all.

This place came highly recommended by a co worker. Not pleased at all ordered flowers for delivery to my wife's work for our anniversary. Paid almost $120 for these flowers and chocolates. Called same day to make sure would be delivered before my wife left for the day. Flowers did not arrive till almost seven at night. Needless to say my wife had went home for the day after even staying an hour late to wait for the flowers. I had ordered these flowers two day before the delivery day. I have not gotten a response back after reaching out to owner to make things right do not recommend at all

My son sent me flowers for my birthday which he'd ordered from Char's Flower Shoppe. Unfortunately they had a mishap en route, the consequences were only evident the next day. I contacted the manager of Char's who immediately apologized and assured me that he would send me another bouquet as similar as possible. I assured him I didn't need a replication, only that it be "pretty". I did not get pretty, I received stunning.

I called a couple of times and left a message. No call back, then I called and the gentleman says I saw you called a lot of times. I said I called twice. The gentleman was rude unprofessional and he wanted me to call back because he was busy. Not professional what so ever. I think he told me he was the owner. Well I did not call back and would never recommend this company and will never use them ever. I do not recommend this place, but definitely do not want to give a 1 star.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Aunt on Valentine's Day. I went with a designer's choice bouquet. The arrangement arrived on time and in excellent condition. For the price it was a large and full arrangement with a variety of fresh florals, including some stunning roses. My Aunt was absolutely thrilled. Online ordering made the whole process easy. I will be repeat customer.

Extremely rude, made me and his service to me and my g/f his absolute least priority. Spent over $100 and he is the worst florist business owner I've had to deal with. Special occasion for us, and his arrogant, and short caring attitude warrants a 1 star...at best....this coming from me, who worked in the florist world. He needs to seriously learn customer service, be honest, ask questions, find the buyers needs, and don't assume your customer doesn't mind getting his purchase as the very last one you deliver...and not be a person with zero care, no remorse, or understanding and hang up on me when I question your thinking pattern on the situation.
