The pharmacist is the meanest, weirdest little psycho I’ve ever encountered. Multiple occasions over the last couple years she’s just mean and aggressive. Today takes the cake though, my doctor called in a script for Paxlovid and she tells me I can’t come pick it up, I have to send someone else because I have covid and she doesn’t want to be exposed…from behind my mask…and the plexiglass barriers they have up and behind her little counter she hides behind until she comes out to yell at someone. Well. I have no one to pick up my medications so I wore my mask and with very clean hands I walked in and asked for my “sister’s” prescriptions. I paid and left. Imagine having the audacity to use a person’s medical diagnosis to deny them access to the medication prescribed for said medical condition. That opens the door to “oh you can’t pick up your anti-psychotics because your diagnosis of schizophrenia makes you dangerous”…letter to corporate already written. As of today, transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy so as not to deal with this weird little lunatic anymore. My condolences to her staff.

The good: they call to let you know its time for vaccinations, etc.The bad: They called to let me know my flu shot was not stored properly and to come back in for another one. I don't know if it was their fault or sent to them that way? Also, after I had my co-vid vaccine, I asked for a receipt of some kind for my records and I had to stand in another line after I already waited 1/2 hour for my injection.

I am glad the pharmacy employees get a lunch break. I just wish there was enough coverage so they didn't have to close the pharmacy. It would be really nice if I could pick up my prescription when I was on my lunch. It would also be nice to be able to come in before work but the pharmacy does not open until 9:00. Finally there is a good possibility the pharmacy will tell you they don't have your prescription because of how the tech spelled your name in their system, I understand that typos happen but I wish they would confirm the spelling of names before they try to send you away.

On my break from work I went in to pick up my father’s prescription that was called in the previous day. I was told I’d have to wait 20 mins because it’s workmen’s comp and they need to call someone first. My father hasn’t worked in 20 years, this is not workman’s comp. She tells me “okay, then it’ll be ready in 20 mins”.. not having the time to wait I return an hour later on my lunch to be told it would be another 20 mins because the “computer didn’t put it in the queue”. I don’t have another 20 mins to wait as my lunch is only 30. She couldn’t care less and kept repeating “well as I said it will be 20 mins”. The pharmacist can hear what’s going on and has it ready in 2 mins for me. Awesome! But then I hear a rattle in the bag. While my father used to take pills the doctors switched him to liquid injections and that’s what I was trying to pick up. It was only then I was told they did not have it and wouldn’t have it ready until 3 o’clock. He needed it at 11:30!!! Never returning!! I’m a single mom of 2, taking care of a sick parent while working full time. I don’t need people playing games, most importantly with my fathers health!! Side note and more of a pet peev - the whole time I’m there the girl behind the counter would shout “I’ll be with you next” when she started helping someone. Like “yes, we all know how lines work. Please stop”

This pharmacy is very disorganized and extremely unhelpful. Prescriptions take days to fill and then you still have to wait.

Sales associates are friendly, helpful & professional. The manager has on several occassions, gone out if his way to help me out.Unfortunately, the same cant be said for the pharmacy dept. Rude & obnoxious. Their attitude make it obvious they care nothing for the customer. Worst service ever! I have never had a decent experience.

My dentist called in a script for toothpaste. It took CVS 2 days for 3 people to figure out where it went. The dentist had to call them multiple times. Waited like an hour when they finally figured it out. For freaking toothpaste.

This pharmacy has gone wayyyy downhill since I started with them in 2009. In the last few months it’s gotten extremely bad. The pharmacist is rude when and if he picks up the phone. Twice today I was on hold for 15 minutes only to be transferred to the Doctors line. I know from past experiences that leaving a message as a customer is useless.I finally had to call the front of the store to be transferred to the pharmacist who finally took my prescription request. Very very short on staff. Is the pharmacy getting so bad no one wants to work there? I’m now going to transfer to Walmart where I get noticed and helped right away when I go pick up my Mom’s prescriptions. They even know my name where CVS seems to have forgotten.

The pharmacy at this CVS is disorganized and filthy. We went to pick up a prescription for our disabled daughter. After waiting in a line of 20 people, we were told the medication wouldn't be ready until Monday. Today is Friday. We drove two hours to help her retrieve this prescription because she absolutely needed it. After loudly showing our thoughts on their disorganization they " found" her additional pills to complete the order. I highly recommend using the CVS pharmacy in the Target Store. Such an incredible difference

Soooo... It's a nice, clean store that is well lit and well stocked. The staff is always quite friendly. 5/5 there. Whenever I've had questions, getting some help was difficult. The store seems very understaffed, so they just don't seem to have time to assist customers. 2/5 there. But the real kicker was making an appointment for a vaccination. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment time. Then waited 40 minutes for the actual shot. The last 10 I spent standing at the pharmacy counter, unacknowledged and ignored. The gentleman who did finally give me the shot was great, and did a fine job. But c'mon, I shouldn't have to wait that long, and stand there ignored. Sorry CVS, this did not go well. The store was pretty empty at the time, so it's not like they had a line of folks waiting for their stuff. I mean, I know pharmacy staff are busy. All those incoming scripts gotta be filled! But I had an appointment, and had checked in. And was then ignored.

There's something desperately wrong with this pharmacy and many of the pharmacists they hire. I was told by the main pharmacist, Gince, that I could go somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled and hung up on me. This, after a week of trying to get a prescription filled via walk in and phone calls. They don't answer. I only got through b/c I pressed the option for physicians.So, after 15+ years, I'll be taking my business to Kelly at WalMart, where I've always had great interactions, customer service, and they know me - this for occasionally picking up my mother's prescriptions over the years. (She's a former CVS pharmacy customer). It's also where I've had to go for my booster shot and testing b/c CVS on Reservation doesn't seem to be able to get it together to provide those services. Sadly (or deservedly for some of the pharmacy staff), I imagine we'll see them close down along with the other CVS closures.The 2nd star is for service I've received when they had consistently good pharmacy staff (@2006-2015).

The pharmacy constantly makes mistakes. They are often rude too. It happens every single time I go there. The only reason I come here it's because the location is convenient for me.
