“TLDR: Great service, perfect for beginners and people concerned with quality and healthy (as possible) juice. 100% would recommend to anyone that vapes. I have been using Vuse pods and was not only sick of the price of pods but also they are starting to hurt the roof of my mouth even though I switched to a new device. I had my fiancee look up a local vape shop as she's a great researcher on these things and once again, she didn't let me down! Ample parking, not hard to find if you're used to LA. We went in and no customers but by the time we left, 2 regulars were in there. I explained to Brandon that I was switching from views pod and didn't really know anything about vapes so I wanted to come in person for help on any extra pieces or anything I might need and also any recommendations. He recommended this Drop 2 which I will provide photos of. It did not look satisfactory to me, I kind of pushed back, because I was expecting to get one of those huge looking brick vapes with all the different coils and all of that. I was concerned of not getting enough nicotine and not a big enough hit, but he assured me that this would be great. even though I was using 5% nicotine with the views he said because they make their own juice and it is so pure of only nicotine vegetable oil and glycerin that I would get a much better hit off of this and maybe even more nicotine, which is not wrong, I do feel it. I am glad I finally gave in and listen to him as that is the reason I did go in the first place was for an experts recommendation. I thought that the shape might be kind of strange for me to get used to but it's definitely easier to hold than the views, it just fits in the hand so nicely and it can still be discreet but if people do see it, it looks cool at the same time. The top part comes off and that is where the juice goes in and then I think he said about once a month the tops have to be replaced and he gave us a top for free on the house, the whole thing was around 45 bucks including the juice which was crazy amazing pricing I did not expect it to be that low at all, I thought I would leave there spending at least 150 bucks, but it made me feel even better about them and they're honesty. Now I don't even want to go online to get parts, I want to go out of my way to go there in person and purchased their juice and their refills directly from them as it was such a pleasant and nice experience. He was also so patient with us and our questions, I really can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely a great place for people that don't know much about vapes and people that are concerned about what they are putting into their body because I know that has always been one of my biggest things is that I wonder where the different juice has come from and how dangerous they are But knowing that they make theirs, put my mind at ease. Also, even though I have tobacco flavor on this one, and the views pod, my fiancé said that this one has a pleasant smell, and that the other one she did not like the smell of so I guess that's good as well if you have someone around you, that doesn't vape but you do. He also offered us half of the counter space upfront to fill it so we could get used to it with him right there which I'm glad I did that because I did not know what I was doing. Lol but it was super easy and I felt extremely confident leaving there that I knew everything I needed to. He had also basically explained to me that the device that I have is more like a 2024 device and those Ones that I had came in looking for are more like 2018 technology so that also put my mind at ease and that does make sense as well as this is definitely easier to deal with than one of those as I had one many years ago, but have no memory of how to put them back together and things anymore. So yes, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that vapes whether it is a beginner as I had mentioned because they are just so super friendly but also they have a great selection and their homemade juices”

And I go here all the time even though that I live far away now.(currently living in Compton)I go here all the time because they have abunch of smoking accesories as well as good prices on cigarettes.I've bought smoking tools like poke sticks as well as glass(narcotic pipes.), SHOW cigarillos, Kamel cigarettes and snacks.I highly reccomend you get the drink Faygo Cola. It's refreshing. They seem to only have it here because I don't see that soda very often.They sell BIC lighters for $2 which is great because where I live they sell it for 2.75 instead.There's often two cashier.They are overall nice.I highly reccomend this shop because they have a wide selection of smoking accesories such as tools,torches,hookah stuff and nearly anything to do with smoking that you can think of.”

“Even with the new law forbidding retail of flavoured vapes, this is one of THE finest smoke shops. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of all of their flavored material (& I will never forget this place for having every Flum flavour imaginable... the good old days, at this point). However! They have a thousand other products even outside of smoking culture & habits, like supplement blends, CBD gummies at different concentrations, a middle compartment (a glass case) of pocket knives (some are like, really cute), body jewelry including nose hoops/studs & hoop earrings, sodas, INCENSE in great quantity, and more! I even saw, behind the counter next to the cigarettes, some product called "stop opioid abuse." It might be some type of product to help wean patients off the use of opiates, which is huge. The employees here are always so amicable & chill. I've never waited in a line longer than one person, & the employees are so welcoming that you just naturally get into conversation with them. Still one of my favourite smoke places ever! So neat, clean, & organized! Thank you!”

“Went during vacation, great customer service, just a heads up (to anyone from out of town) the prices on the items will go up tremendously after 30% in taxes are added! I recommend having prices listed with tax or at least inform customers upon entry of the tax or even a simple sign on the counter saying “hey it’s a 30% tax mark up so the customer won’t be shocked at the register like I was coming from Atlanta with 7% tax.”

I asked if I can come in and replace it with a new one and the best you can give me a 10% off and I just spent 70+ dollars in that store and was about to buy $100 worth of product when I came back to replace the lighter and you hung up on me.It’s a bunch of kids running the store no older than go to say 25 which makes sense why they acted the way they acted to not care about revenue is wild. I would not go to the store ever again, and I heed anyone else who tries to go there smh ??‍♂️Mind you it’s only like a five dollar lighter and they won’t replace it blows my mindEdit: owner reached out to me mot even an hour after I posted this review. He sincerely apologized for the way his employees handled the situation and offered me some store credit. The fact that he called me personally speaks volumes. Most businesses wouldn’t even bother to do that. Because of that I’m going to change my rating. Cause I will say it’s a really nice shop and there prices are very competitive & they have anything you would want. In know how it is to be an employee and you have constant customers come in being rude so I can somewhat understand why they acted the way they did. But words of advice to the employees someone comes in and buys a decent amount of product and calls to ask for a replacement of a $5 cause it broke on second use just replace it cause doing so would stick in that customers head and most likely will make them a continuous customer. And I know for vape shops getting a repeat customers is clutch for revenue. Those reading this review besides them treating the situation the way they did I’d still definitely recommend this shop especially with the fact that the owner without hesitating called me personally to apologize. “I found the atmosphere to be way more chill than the first time I ventured there. The guy was very attentive and eager to help. The first time I headed in there was lame. That guys sold me the crappiest grinder, I’m not exaggerating it was so lame the sharp metal grinding peaks literally snapped off both the upper and lower pieces, leaving broken metal and slivers of grinded metal mixed in with the sample material I was grinding up to smoke!! So incredibly sub-par stock at that time too. This Sunday was different, the dude was able to suggest optimized gear and supplies on this trip. 4 stars and not 5 because of the uneven parking lot foundation and loose gravel, along with random debris all about the area, prevents me from rating this place with 5 stars.
