Friendly & Helpful. Never have to wait too long in line. The prices have gone up way too high for me, but overall I would continue to take my postal business there.

Small and only open to people with base access means there's never a wait (maybe two people during a rush), no trouble parking, right next to the office... I'll never go to another post office again. And the one staff member is kind and easy to work with.

This location is super annoying and inconvenient for people with real things going on in life. My mail seems to get stuck here for days and I don't even work on base. I'm not sure why of all things dismantled on that base they decided to continue with this "service." It's a waste of government resources especially considering that there is a "real" post office a mere minutes away. Perhaps they could do away with this office and use the money saved to pay for COVID testing for troops. Or maybe they could use the money to pay for pest control in all the rat and roach infested buildings all over base. But hey, job security for the three old ladies who work there. Rats and roaches it is. Embarrassing.

Until I retired, I had a post office box at MARCH ARB. The PO Box area is open 24 -7, which was very convenient for me. The postal employee section of the post office is open from 9am - 3pm (closed for one hour lunch). Because i am retired from the Air Force I have access to March ARB facilities, including the post office. I still only use that post office because there are never any long lines, which means I'm in and out much quicker and the employee is always very helpful.

The March ARB Post Office is small, but the service is EXCELLENT! Whenever i need to go to a post office, this is the one I use. I also maintained a P.O. Box at March ARB for over 20 years (until I retired). Their box rental cost was very fair too. EXCELLENT facility with GREAT service!

This post office has the worst hours. I pay for a box, but, due to the horrible hours I can never conduct any business here. I will not be renewing this box. Many folks here complain about the same problem. Yet another, of many, reasons I don't like using USPS services... no wonder they're going bankrupt...
