I have had to bring in my car here for a recall service and had a professional and excellent customer service experience. A rare gem for dealerships. I recommend everyone to check this place out for sure.

If you're a woman you NEED to buy your new car or truck here from BILL. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they didn't have any snacks, tea, or coffee (that I saw). Bill treated me with respect and sought understanding even after miscommunication where I jumped to conclusions and became angry (typical raptor owner + a strong independent woman lol) I had gotten my awesome 2022 F-150 Raptor appraised at 3 different places and they all low-balled me, ranged from $68k-$80k without my "cancellables". Bill gave me ~$92k for my trade in!! I was upgrading to the 2023 Raptor R. Bill is a great salesman. Don't get me wrong he plays ball but he doesn't count his money at the table. Bring your A-game and I'm positive he will meet you not quite halfway, but exactly where your needs will be met.

I would like to let everybody know that the Manteca Ford Dealership quick lane services is the best in Central Valley. I would like to thank S J Chohan for the excellent customer service which was provided. I live in Rio Vista but the Ford quick lane service in Rio Vista don't compare to the service that I receive from quick lane services in Manteca, CA. Sj Chohan and the manager Allen were very knowledgeable and above all, I received quality service in a timely manner. This is the type of service you will receive at Phil Waterford Ford Manteca. My son Charlie and I walked on the lot just to see what imported used vehicles they offered. In the past I had seen an imported vehicle on the lot l was interested in but didn't buy that day, (due to having 2 vehicles at the time). A month went by, situation changed so I did attempt to go back and purchase it, but it was already gone (I took it as it wasn't meant for me to have) As we approached the front door we were immediately greeted with a smile and a hand wave by Eric (got 1star). Briefly speaking to him, I explained that I was just browsing to see what they had on the lot, might be interested in purchasing but not sure what I might find, Eric asked permission to have me speak to another person that can further answer any questions I may have when I agreed, he then excused himself and came back with Bill to further assist us (gets 1star). Bill quizzed me on why I wanted a certain imported vehicle. Further asked both Charlie and I questions to best understand what I wanted as opposed to what l needed based on my occupation (got 1star). Bill had me test drive a Bronco (which I had never even considered as a vehicle). During the test drive Charlie asked how it drove, how it felt, the comfort, I kept answering it's a FORD of course it's comfortable, drives great, feels roomy. Got back to the lot started looking at a mustang but ultimately, I realized I was best suited with the Bronco Sport. Bill having me test drive a Ford definitely helped me to know I am loyal to Fords. (gets 1star). Bill further explained all the great Labor Day Incentives Ford was GIVING away (got 1star). After briefly talking to finance dept. I drove off with 2023 Chili Pepper Bronco Sport Outer Banks and became a new Phil Waterford family member. I will say Bill was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.If you want great 5-star customer service; offered professional and knowledgeable service, and treated like a favorite family member, then ask for Eric or Bill and tell them Lynda Mendoza sent you, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I had just recently bought a care from here and it was just an absolute amazing experience. I had heard from Michael and Brandyn about the wonderful cars they had and I had just had a baby looking for a family car. They helped me and got me an amazing deal on a pre owned vehicle that was practically brand new for an amazing price. We bonded over our love for cars family and prayer and Brandyn did just that; answer my family's prayer. I will definitely do business here and suggest more people should do that same. :)

Terrible experience here. My car blew up and I decided to shell out the money to ensure run-of-the-mill yahoo's wouldn't ruin it (again). What ended up happening is I received my car back with body damage and scuffs, grease/oil spills to the interior, and water damage all inside my engine bay as the car had been left outside without a hood for a week while we had occasional showers.I also asked for a recall issue to be fixed while the major repairs were being done. The recall, a part allowing me to safely back up, was not fixed correctly and I even had one of the guys in the shop get agitated with me and blatantly lie to me about what exactly the recall was for and how he didn't have time to help me with my issue.I spent a lot of money on the repair I originally brought the car in for, and even originally purchased my vehicle from this dealership but I was absolutely floored by how poorly my car was treated and then how ignorant the sales and shop employees hoped I was about my car when they spoke to me.Beware: do not go to this dealership under any circumstance unless you want your car treated like garbage or like being ripped off.

Well let me start off by saying we all know how buying a car seems like a hassle. I was hesitant to walk into this dealership because I was concerned that it would be like the other places and they swarm you. But I was quite surprised how professional and polite the sales team was. I have to give a huge thanks to Bill for actually listening to me on what I was looking for. He showed me exactly what I asked for and the experience was hands down the best experience I have ever had while buying a vehicle. Especially with a busy schedule I didn't want to sit around for hours just to find out they couldn't give me what I wanted. If you're in the area and need a car go ask for Bill. Thank you again!!!

***UPDATE***After speaking to the manager he was able to explain that the Quick Lane doesn't do appointments at this dealership and it's a first come first serve deal. Also, I asked him if I was able to use my Ford Pass points and he said yes I can. He spoke to the service technician and confirmed it and gave him some additional information and everything is good to go for that. Also my truck has entered the bay for my oil change so it shouldn't be long now.Not my first choice to bring my truck to for an oil change but since it's the closet to my house and I'm on leave from work at the moment, this will have to do. I usually take my truck to the Ford dealership in Tracy then head off to work as the shuttle will drop me off and pick me up after my truck has been serviced.I made my appointment on the Ford Pass app and there was no option for a full synthetic oil change so I had to just choose the synthetic blend option. So fast forward to this morning and the dealership is pretty small in comparison to other dealerships so trying to find parking was difficult because there's no designated spaces for the Quick Lane services. I made my appointment at 8 am and came in about 7:50 am. Let the service technician know I was here for an oil change appointment at 8 and he said there was nothing on his computer for my appointment. 1st strike. After he inputted my information he said the appointment popped up. I let him know I wanted the full synthetic oil change service and on the paperwork he gave me it still says synthetic blend. 2nd strike. I had to let him know again that I wanted full synthetic so we'll see. I asked about a shuttle service home and he said there's no one at the moment to drive the shuttle. 3rd strike. I asked about how long it'll take and he tells me it'll be about an hour and a half. YOU'RE OUT!So basically making an appointment is useless here when a walk in has the same amount of time of wait as someone that has an appointment made. Another person came in and didn't have an appointment and was told the same thing as I was told, an hour and a half wait. I was going to head home and just take an Uber home but it's already been 38 minutes. I might as well just wait. However my truck is still parked outside and hasn't gone into the service area yet. I'm going to wait till 9 am and if it's still outside, I'll say something.I also asked about using my Ford Pass points but this dealership doesn't participate in that program so I'm stuck paying the full price here when I wanted to have some kind of discount. I just find it very unorganized and frustrating when you experience a fully professional dealership then you expect the same kind of service and you don't. Especially when it's supposed to be a Ford Dealership.My advice is if you can, go to some other reputable dealership to have your vehicle serviced.

They have always treated us like family: they do their best to accommodate our repair needs even while their shop is busy; are thorough and efficient in their work and always do their best to arrange for a ride for us while our cars are in the shop.We will be sure to come back and visit our friends, Al, SJ, Bill and many others at Manteca Ford soon!

Im sad I cannot give them 5 stars guys are pretty cool but because I have to constantly be checking up on stuff myself and car not ready when promised last couple times its been in, I am a little dissapointed.

Worst experience ever at this location . Trying to get a simple oil change . The guy in charge told me sorry closing early for the holidays can't help you . I showed up at noon and he explained to me that they closed at 2pm . I asked him if it took 2 hours to do an oil change . He responded by saying no but it's lunch time now ! Merry Christmas and walked away . I cannot believe customers are treated this way at this location and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think again . They will mistreat you .
