I stopped in there to purchase a charger for my Android phone that I purchased from them. They had only iPhone chargers. This is unacceptable Metro preceded the Iphone and Apple by many years.. The Android phones preceded iPhones. The staff was attempting to send me on a wild goose chase to Stockton instead of calling ahead to check. Go figure. I told the staff that Metro needs to do better. Metro by T-Mobile is ridiculous. I bought my charger from a pharmacy instead.

Never had any probs here at this metro. Always taken care of business here unlike a couple other metros ive been to over the years. Always a good experience here at this store. I only give it 4 instead of 5 because they still charge you money to pay your bill in person and thats the only problem with metro that i can see.

5 Stars for Michell and 4 stars for Metro for only having 1 employee on a Saturday afternoon.
Large parking lot as this store is in a outdoor shopping mall.
We came in Saturday around 4 pm and Michell was helping another customer so we waited about 4 minutes. We had come in to update our autopay and while there my husband decided to upgrade his phone.
While Michell was helping us 3 other customers came in, but she was by herself. She greeted each person when they came in and one of them was just making a payment so she asked if she could help him real quick which of course we let her do.
We were probably there about 15 minutes and Michell was awesome!
She installed the glass screen protector and case in no time and transferred the pictures and contacts over my the old phone to the new phone.
I just don't think 1 person a Saturday is a good decision. I know the people behind us were frustrated and I would have been too.
Michell was friendly, confident and quick. She made everything very easy. Thank you Michell!

This is where my son gets his phone in Manteca T-Mobile although it is not my cell phone carrier I live in Amador County Manteca is in San Joaquin County I pay for my son's phone from them and for $25 a line per month it's well worth it and he seems to have service wherever he goes choosing a phone service is an individual choice it's up to you where you go but for $25 a month for a one-line phone and the service he gets I feel it's a good deal.
