I have been taking my dogs to see Dr Arnett for quite a while now. I started taking my last dog, Vasco, when he got up there in age and became a very grouchy old man. He was not nice to them and required a muzzle and medication, but they always treated him with care up until I had to make the hardest decision I have ever had to make in my life. He went peacefully and Dr Arnett and Casey were so helpful, despite him not letting anybody touch him (including me).I started taking my new puppy, Luca, to them and he is a sensitive boy. He loves Dr Arnett, Cassondra, and especially Jackie. Whenever I say their names, his little ears perk up and he'll playfully bark. He can be a little fearful, but they know how to work with him. We started taking him for vet tech appointments to get him used to the clinic and staff and it was worth it. He can still be a little neurotic and cautious, but we all work through it.I have nothing but respect for the Manteca Veterinary staff and completely trust them with my baby and future babies.

Called to make an appointment for my dog as I just moved in the area and was hoping to find a new vet in town. I said I would like an appointment as a new client, the receptionist laughed at me and said, "we're not taking new clients! Try calling back in a month sweetie!" No thanks, I'm not calling back in a month to see *if* my dog can be seen. Guess they are comfortable enough to turn business away or maybe they just don't care as other reviews have also stated! Their website should say NOT TAKING ANY NEW CLIENTS and I wouldn't have bothering calling!

Love love love Manteca Vet Hospital! All the staff and doctors are wonderful. They take great care of your pets and always follow up to see how they’re doing after being treated. Prices are fair and I know that I can trust them with my fur babies.

Granted, I’ve never been there, but I called in to get my puppy in to get some prescription flea meds since nothing OTC has worked and we have a huge problem this year because of all the rains. The MVH receptionist was NOT helpful and even rude-they are not accepting new patients, so she didn’t seem to care if she lost my future business. I hung up with MVH and called Northgate who was also booked out until August for any new patients, but at least their receptionist was kind, caring, and helpful. The Northgate receptionist even gave me numbers for other places to try and suggested another OTC that might work until I can get in at one of them! No idea about MVH’s pricing or how nice the vet and techs and facilities are, but their receptionist needs a lesson on customer service.

My first visit here was super pleasant! All of the staff here are really polite and personable for you and your pet. Dr. Arnett was very thorough for my dog's first appointment and talked me through her findings for the check-up, which made me feel my beloved girl was in good hands. My lab got the full treatment with vaccines, prescribed medicine, and routine care and the total price for everything was very reasonable. I'm a happy dog dad - thank you!

I took my maltipoo to this location for five years- ever since she was 8 wks- and the only reason I stopped was because we moved away. This is seriously one of the best vet hospital in the 209 area. I did so much research and comparing before I decided on a vet and I loved them since day one. They’re friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. On her first round of vaccines my fur baby had an allergic reaction but they were so quick about taking her in and checking her out. They called to follow up not only on this occasion but also on a previous occasion when she ate something she wasn’t suppose to.Just great staff and great veterinarians ❤️

Been coming here for 4yrs now. I have 2 senior dogs that require a lot of medical attention and so the clinic sees us very frequently. The staff is always friendly and personable and Dr. Wallace and Dr. Arnette are amazing. Dr. Wallace even spent almost an hour in the phone with me one day reviewing the ingredients of my dogs kibble to make sure it was quality. I don't know and other Vet who has gone the extra mile like that. Even if i stop in with my dogs just to pick up meds, the techs come out from the back just to say hi and love up on my pups.

My beloved Oby aged out and his liver failed. Always a difficult decision to make to let your pet go. ? DrArnett was very kind and compassionate while I endured this process. The care she provided was so understanding of both of our needs. Highly recommend Dr. Arnett.

I have been going here for 14 years. Staff is always friendly. The wait times can be annoying but also keep in mind that they're always busy.

Called when our cat was having a life threatening emergency, they were rude. Uncaring, and basically told us that even if our cat was dying, they're not taking any new clients.
