This Kohl’s is usually pretty easy to get in and get out even during the holidays. Today went in for a return and to pick up an online order. Line moved quickly however, associate didn’t seem really happy. I think she needed a break. I heard her calling and asking when she could take her break. it was obvious she was ready. After picking up my order and doing my return, I went ahead and did some shopping while there, spent another $$$$ That’s how they get you. Do love that you get Kohl’s cash - Just another way for them to get you back in the store shopping again. Overall, my experience at this Kohl’s is always a good one.

Shopped in Sephora. I needed a new foundation. The sales associate knew exactly what I was asking for and gave me the correct color. She was very helpful and nice.

My wife actually came here to interview for a position. Manager was very rude. His name is MIKE. Called her for an interview just for her to arrive & immediately get denied due to unavailability for Mondays & Wednesdays. MIKE was rudely walking away mid conversation with her. Is this how you treat all your applicants. Is this how you treat your employees? Customers? Pathetic. MIKE stated that they are fully staffed but can hire 1-2 more. If you're fully staffed then why do you need coverage for Mondays & Wednesdays? Lol where's your full staff? Y'all really think 1 or 2 more bodies can prevent another burglary like the recent? Is your loss prevention fully staffed? Doesn't seem like it. Kohls corporate if you see this give MIKE a visit & reevaluate his ability to communicate properly & effectively.

Love shopping here it's not over crowded plenty of space to maneuver a stroller with a young child, plus Sephora is there it's a win win!!! You can also do your Amazon return! They have great discounts and cash back deals! The costumer service is amazing everyone seems pleasantly happy or ready to help you with any questions.

Usually shop at the Modesto one but was in the area and decided to come here. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Didn’t get her name but she was blonde. But, The H2 (long black ponytail) was passive aggressive when I told her I had a clearance item it also had the yellow tag but she said it wasn’t anymore. Btw it’s clearance week!! She noticed I was an associate and told me you should know about some white tag which I’ve never heard about in my store. Then proceeded to say “are you like new, bc you should know about the white tag”. Which i found very offensive. Yeah, no more Manteca. Modesto or Riverbank it is from now on.

I have stopped shopping any and all Kohls stores. I hope you realize the really bad choices you have made. Your quality fell many years ago, I'd fire those who brought in this pathetic marketing campaign.

The store is quiet. It is clean inside. There is a Sephora inside the store. An average selection of clothings. They have Vera Wang brand and her clothing line is chic and somewhat affordable. We love the fact that there is an Amazon return center within the store. You get a coupon to use at Kohls's for each Amazon items you return to this store. It can either be $5 off certain purchases, or 20% off certain purchases. Not a bad deal.
