I recently visited Kohls in Manteca with my two younger granddaughters; they wanted to go to Sephora. The store was clean and I found what I wanted as well as my granddaughter ers and the cashiers are always friendly and always makes small talk with you.

Courtney was courteous and yes customer forward in helping with my shopping! Total props! Kohls hq you need to start standardizing product locations across stores and your website, you have good products but so hard to locate them on your own app!

My go-to place for Amazon returns! I can go there on Sundays if need be, drop it off, and get a discount for purchases in the store. It's a comfortable shopping experience. Not over crowded, but it can be a bit expensive. However, the sale prices are decent.

My recent experience at Kohl's left a bitter taste in my mouth. Not only did the staff member exhibit appalling customer service, but she also rudely rushed customers out before closing time. Despite there being some time left before closing, they repeatedly badgered us to leave, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. My mood was completely spoiled, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected.
