Not the best Goodwill I've been to but I found a good insulated drink container. Kinda small place and I didn't see any books

The dude that takes donations is such a loser. His attitude always sucks, he constantly complains about taking any type of donations and turns people away. Literally if I had time to take my stuff elsewhere I would. With how many complaints he gets I don’t even understand how he still works there.

One of those stores that might be open. I just happened to pick the only random day they decided to close.

store was really neat and clean. if you’re looking for baby clothes i definitely recommend coming here. i saw so many baby girl items that were under $4 a piece. everything is organized by color and staff was sure to ask me if everything was okay. would love to come back.

The guys in the back are always so rude!! Like all I am trying to do is drop off donations, isn’t that your job? To take donations, sorry you hate your job, that’s not my problem. Your still in customer service, so do better! Doesn’t take much to be kind. Goodwill do better on hiring people for the back! They are always rude, I have never had a good experience, this will be the last time I take my things to this place!

If I didn’t feel like thrifting all day and just wanted to stop at one store in town I would pick goodwill every time.

I was in the area and decided to stop by. There was plenty of parking outside. This place was section off well but not very big. I didn't find anything but I understand they work off donations. They did have a lot of things in the kids section and toys. Overall okay.

The guys who work in the back (taking donations) consistently have the worst attitudes. They'll then take your items and chuck them into a bin breaking things that people could use. I'm going to look for another place to donate my goods.

Sunday December 18th at 5pm I pulled up to the donations area and asked to make sure they were still taking anymore donations. With a sigh, “I guess” and shoulders slumped the guy working rudely “helped” me the rest of my visit. Unfortunately I will start donating somewhere else.

This is about the person who take donations at the back on Oct 11,2022 past 1 pm. He is being mean and unfriendly. Seems like very unhappy with what he is doing and moved very slow. I was gonna tell him to be greatful if not because of our donations then he doesnt have a job right now.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPROACH WITHOUT A BODY GUARD!We attempted to make a donation of various items in good faith, the staff we encountered where abusive, and arrogant. The donation location in the rear of the building has no signs for how to approach the area, and the staff assumes you know the correct procedures. They WILL BERATE YOU AND YELL at you. the traffic cons they have are at random and have no decenraable pattern, and they will again berate you for not knowing how to park. Again the traffic cones they have set out are in a random pattern , with ZERO signage. We will not be returning to this location, as we felt our personal safety was in danger, and the saff directing things clearly was suffering a mental breakdown, and might be triggered at any. moment to attack you. The staff also complained about items getting dirty as we se set them on the payment, however they were in boxes, and where in no danger of getting dirty, And the personal also complained of being injured , but refused any help on unloading our car. Again, your safety here is at risk... I strongly recommend finding other places to make your donations. Advice to management, you must address staffs mental issues get them the help they clearly need, you need signs out back, and tables to receive donations. Fix your traffic controls.

Unlike Goodwills in the valley, they actually have decent prices here. But minus 1 star for being closed on Sunday - a big shopping day for 9 to 5 ers. -1 star for not sorting clothes by size; no one shops by color. -1 star for the guy being rude to me when I tried to drop off some nice used items. -1 star for not pricing each item & having ghetto handwritten signs for pricing per section. Whoever is running this store shouldn't be.I realize that Goodwill has sorted by color for years, but that is not the correct way to do it to have normal people with normal jobs come in to try to save some money on clothing. Every other thrift store in the world sorts by size so that they attract customers who don't have all day to look at every tag in one color or the other. I'm sad to see Goodwill going so downhill. When I was a child and my mother was a single working parent we went here often for basic needs. But now they have so much junk mixed in that should have been thrown away instead of brought to Goodwill that it takes longer to sort through. The way they display things is so unprofessional, I found some beautiful wall hangings that were just on the floor slammed against each other where one glass was cracked and ready to shatter onto the floor. If these stores were not government-funded they would have been shut down years ago.
