Signed up for 6 month trainer. Told them before the 7th month not to renew. Still charged me. The employee said they cannot credit and to file dispute with bank.

Aye these people are known for stealing money read the lowest comments and check your bank accounts. Also the establishment is very dirty and if you actually go hard while working out they don’t like that.

What kind of gym doesn't have barbell clips? Mismatched weights. All the plates are a different brand and not even the same shape. Dumbells also broken and have huge chucks of rubber falling off. Only 2 squat racks.

Clean and spacious. The locker rooms are mid-size and the showers are very basic. Staff are friendly and check everyone in, no one is sneaking past. So far, all the fellow gym goers are respectful.
I wish they offered locker rentals. It would be very nice to stash my supplies overnight and have them ready vs packing/unpacking every visit. The cleaning rags are always wet and I hope can be replaced more frequently but they honestly get so busy that they would have to replace them every 2 minuets. I can understand the difficulty trying to keep up. Wifi could be improved it’s slow to connect and will disconnect without input.

I would never go to this gym because of the pricing. Their price is 79 which counts that months and the previous month also. I canceled my membership within that 15 days time period, like they mentioned to me but they don’t want to refund me back. It’s totally a waste of money, and you lose money if you canceled between your time period. Never go to this gym. If there was the option of 0 stars, I would give 0 because of what has happened to me there. No use tbh

This place is a joke after I told someone in the gym and over the phone that I cancelled my membership. I hadn't even entered the gym in months and I just got a phone call from a collection company saying I owe 300 dollars.. what a scam!!

One of the best gyms in the area if you are looking for upping your lifting regimen. They also have a lot of lifting/cardio machines but not much open space for the yoga mats/stretching. Bathrooms, showers, and lockers are clean and well-maintained. Staff is also friendly and welcoming.
It does get busy during the evenings most days and the hours on weekends are not ideal. But if you can work around it or workout in the early morning, it's a solid gym. I really wish they would expand their hours during the weekends then it would be perfect.
There's cheaper gyms such as Planet Fitness if your goal is to simply run on a treadmill (they have A LOT of treadmills), but this gym's premium compared to Planet Fitness is due to having access to squat racks, bench presses, and deadlift platforms. If you're not going to use them then I'd say Planet Fitness is a much better deal for the price of admission and expanded hours.

If you're looking for a step you from Planet Purple, then here it is. Some things they don't tell you up front: They don't accept cash. I tried signing up for a day pass and they wouldn't accept cash. I had called first and they could have told me that. Another thing, they want home, address E-mail, full names, social security numbers (just kidding) just for a day pass. What a joke. They want to put everything about you on their system. Front desk people weren't a help at all. Other than that, its a clean gym for a quick workout. Place does get crowded afternoon so maybe they need add more Dumbbells or free weight areas. Just a thought.

ValleyFitness is the one of the worst fitness experience I have ever deal with... Seems like a scam which drag you in to steal your money..Regret for signing up with this Fitness center while plenty professional and customer service oriented out there..- Signed up for Monthly, Paid First and Last month, was going out of country, went to facility on weekend and told to cancel..- The front rep said it will be taken care, asked if want to pause, we said no, cancel.. Said OK, will take care... No extra to be paid since last month is paid in advance and not in the yearly contract...After 4 months, started getting collection calls that I own balance. Found an email and send to them explaining was there, the situation, out of country etc... They send response stating they can only cancel after paying full - replied to that with details.... However no response to the reply..Thought its been closed...Again after 2 months started getting collection calls to pay MORE, pulled the email and send again... Response was - Account is still active, they WILL NOT cancel the account until fully paid and balance will still increase until fully paid.. They said send evidence of requesting to cancel (The same person i have emailed cancelled 2 months ago)...Now I pulled some of the initial mails and send them again.. That mail aswell stating CANCEL..Now wiating... I will keep their updates posted here, FB, Next Door and Insta...FYI - They are NOT Friendly, Highly money minded, You do what I say or face it type of emails, No support, Sounds angry emails, Threaten collection Calls...They will let you sign a one way contract to join and use that as a BAIT. No one really fully reads the contract at the time of joining, they make you sign and comes back if anything violates that. Please beware before you sign up with the fitness scam... You will not see the sweet people while try to join...
