So to start, my buying experience was incredible. Allen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to buy and the entire process was smooth. My problem is with how we were treated after. 1 week into buying our 2020 Jeep Wrangler the instrument cluster died. We called up Allen and he had us bring it in to have it looked at by the service department. The service department interaction was nice but we found out that they would not be able to make the repair that day as they would have to order a new cluster. Now for those who are unfamiliar this is the display that shows you your speed, vehicle temp, gas gage, as well as any of the screens that are displayed in-between.
Allen told us he would go speak with the owner to see if we can get a service vehicle while our car would be unsafe to drive to which we were told no. We were also told later that evening that it could be up to 2 weeks until the part is able to be ordered and that we would have to drive our vehicle under those conditions.
Not sure if this is the experience that everyone receives but this definitely is not amazing customer service. I am deeply disappointed and went from wanting to be a return customer for our next vehicle to staying as far as possible from Cabral as possible when it comes to buying our next car.

Cliff the Technician came out and explained what had happened and corrected problem. He explained that my brakes were still good for another 20K miles. I mentioned that my door seals were bad and he reviewed them and said he would have the shop begin to look for replacements. The shop would call once they had the parts so I could schedule a service venison to have them replaced.
I was very satisfied with the experience and will recommend others to this shop.

Bought a used Dodge Charger R/T from them. After 1000 miles it still runs great, no issues, salesman was quick, answered all my questions, got a pretty good deal too. 5 stars.

I wanted to take the time and share my experience with Cabral Jeep. I give Cabral Jeep a 10/10 customer service! Pat Clark (Service Advisor) was so awesome and so helpful! awesome experience! My AC went out on my 2019 Jeep GC and I had to get my AC Evaporator Core replaced. This job was supposed to take several days (which I was aware of) but Cabral Jeep was able to get me in and out in less than 24hrs! I now have full working AC again. Thank you so much for the great and speedy service!

So I had the worst experience with the service department at Cabral. You won't believe this, but the receptionist, Nicole, was super rude and condescending. I drove all the way from Modesto to get an oil change because the Mopar customer service said I could go there instead of the Modesto location and use my extended warranty, which includes 10 oil changes. When I got there, she completely ignored me for like 15 minutes. I finally went up to her, and right away I could tell she was gonna be a pain. I told her I was there for an oil change, and she's like, "Do you have an appointment?" I said yes, and then she goes, "Well, it's $130." What the heck? Since when do dealerships charge before they even do the service? This is ridiculous! I'm gonna report them to Chrysler Capital, Mopar, and the Better Business Bureau. Cabral needs to get their act together and hire some competent staff. If you read this do not do business at this dealership.

Cabral is amazing! I started to take my truck here when I had a not so good experience at another dealership. The staff at the Cabral service department is an absolute pleasure to work with, especially Pat. She has helped me with routine and non-routine services. She communicates efficiently, is easy to work with and simply provides excellent customer service.

Daniel at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. He’s untruthful and will lie on paper work saying “customer stated they needed”, will charge you for services that were not discussed or needed and will say “I’m sorry you didn’t hear me when I mentioned it”. He’s dishonest and omits the truth. He’s very deceiving. Also, Pat at the service desk is rude, it may be time for her to retire. Service desk employees are nice at first until you start asking questions about charges and services. Way over priced and takes advantage of people, especially women. My recommendation would be to thoroughly check the invoice papers given before paying, because they quickly rush you out by walking you over to the pickup desk.
