My grandmother has been with this bank for over 20+ years, and they have consistently provided support and assistance with her concerns. Despite the banks name changes, my grandmother continues to love this bank and enjoys visiting it. Personally, I have also appreciated my visits here with my grandmother and the customer service. Thank you PNC and to all the Manteca, ca PNC Branch employees.

dont trust this bank. they cant do anything right from small accounts with errors and tons of hidden fees to improperly handled estates just dont do business here. look at their twitter or social media posts all comments are complaints

Went in to open an account. Had a great experience. Mangala is excellent she is very patient, friendly and polite. I really appreciated the service she gave me.

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews? Seriously! This branch is the cleanest, most organized, and friendly atmosphere I've ever been! I came to get an instant debit card and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It took less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming here for now on!

I'm on my 4th ATM card this year, 2022, there has been non stop fraud on my account and they won't even change my account number . I've had to go to 3 locations to get help. And I've got 70 disputes for charges not made by me . Worst banking system I've ever been a part of . Now today there seems to be some sort of levy on my account t, now after they owe me back thousands of dollars somehow a levy appears ,, for what I ask.. they can't tell Me why or who.is doing.it . Amazingly incompetent. As soon as my $ is given.back ti.md I'm shutting my account down

I gave it 2 stars for the efforts of the employees. When it was BBVA it was a decent bank. Not too many complaints not too many accolades. But just before the transition there on through to PNC it became nothing but a nightmare. Folks giving out my bank info to my wife in whom I was seperating with, doubling their money while replacing fraud charges, realizing it later then just taking the extra money out without warning, leaving me over drawn and expecting me to pay the money back, closing the account without my knowledge, fraud attempt after fraud attempt on my account basically being told, oh don't worry your account is closed anyway.

I've been with Compass then BBVA for over 10 years and have had nothing less than excellent service. Alas PNC took away my wonderful, friendly bank and made it a cold, uncaring carcass of what it once was. Charges to have your deposit show on the day you deposit, you have to reorder checks now because they changed the routing numbers and it's at your cost. Close at 5 pm on Fridays now with no warning. I'm looking for a new bank that cares about their customers. I feel sorry for the poor tellers that they did keep that have to suffer through the customers complaints. (now they are leaving as well)

BBVA Pnc? Whatever it is. I literally can't stand this bank. I always want to switch banks but never have the time. Definitely going to make the time. SMH.

PNC took over BBVA, the branch was already starting to go down hill but I think it took another turn for its worse. They never sent us our new bank accounts or routing information just the bank card. You can't get a live person on the phone. I went in to Manteca branch and it was packed with people experiencing the same issues. I needed to speak with someone to help me get my information I need so I can pay my bills. PNC put its new customers in a position to fail. I think this place should be closed down it can't operate like this.

Constantly "temporarily closed" absolutely ridiculous! Only two women work inside, and they really are nice and are trying their best. I put the blame on the BBVA! The treatment of the Manteca branch is deplorable.

People working there are not the problem. It's corporate. Went by on my lunch 12-1 to make deposit. They are out to lunch. Hello! You need to rotate people to be open to serve your customers.
