Lines all the time at this location and at Redondo Beach location. So many people with issues that can't be handled online due to their system glitches and strange policies. I've had to come in or be on hold for hours... just trying to get my money to transfer it to one of my other accounts at 3 institutions. No matter how low monthly fees are is not worth my time in these lines.

We scheduled an in-person appointment online with the "chat" feature to open a savings account for a minor. Roderick was very thorough and professional . It was a great experience .

worst service i stop by traying to speak with a banker, it was 4:46 and 3 of the bankers they were talking with not customers and they say they can’t assist me because they close at 5:00 one of the guys toll me to come back another day!!

If you need a business banker at Wells, ask for Luis Vasquez! He is a consummate professional, who goes WAY beyond your expectations. Put simply, he takes care of you and explains everything clearly, no matter how complex the questions. He gets it done, cares deeply about his customers, and is an all-around great guy!

I have several accounts at this branch and needed a Medallion Stamp for an investment account. Requested an appointment to get his accomplished. Unable to do so on the day requested and was told to call back tomorrow. I explained that I needed to do this after 3pm. I called back. Unable to take my call and would call me back. Did not call me back. I called again at 2:30pm, unable to see me today. Asked about tomorrow, unable to do it tomorrow in the afternoon. Not happy with service and will be considering moving my accounts to another bank. I've been a LONG time customer and this is not the service I expect from a business that I have been loyal to.

Wells Fargo in general is not a great bank, but my past experiences with them including my preset caused me to lose my account. They no only processed an application and ran my credit multiple times, they had no justification as to why my application was denied. I have been working with the Wells Fargo Bank in Louisiana on applying for a credit line but I was informed by the underwriter I need to have my account longer then 6 months. I have had my account for a year but then I closed it. So I reopened the account and waited I'm credit is impeccable. And my DTI is very low so when I applied st this bank there systems where down but they processed it anyway then about 15 days later Equifax called because I was getting multiple hits from there and they wanted to know why so I called Wells Fargo and they denied that they ran my credit more then once I have a full report showing multiple hits for them but they denied it and then the underwriter denied my application with no valid reason. They did not ask for any paperwork to very the Information that was put on the application. I asked multiple times. I have my own business and this is the last time I deal with a company that apparently does not know how to treat customers and clearly shows signs of prejudice.

The worst Wells Fargo that I went today !!! They didn't want to cash my Check today because they said is big amount of it she so the lady alondra and the Raquel . She told me that I live from the government money I work for the state.....I never had this problem before ..
