Omg the worst bank ever ! I don’t know why I still bank with them.. such a struggle to withdraw my own money everytime ! Especially this location, they need more workers !!! Literally takes me about 45-1hr to he helped

Horrible branch. Tried to close my account and was told no one on-site had authority over $25k. The manager does but she was off Saturday. Had to go to the ghetto in Westchester where someone had the authority. Why not have that person assigned to high net worth clients in Manhattan Beach?

Excellent for customer service, however, some people park up the lot and leave to go elsewhere. They could use more parking spaces.

As you can see, a lot of customers of this branch are posting their dissatisfaction with the service they received from the staff, starting from the bank manager down to the teller. You are not the only bank in the area - BofA, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Chase, Union Bank - but your staff acts like prima donnas. Whoever is Larisa, are you not tired of responding to poor customer reviews? You want me to email my experience to the address you provided but for what purpose? It appears the Manhattan Beach branch needs some training on CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Are the reviews here not enough for US Bank to see what's the problem? If the public reviews here do not effect change in how your staff behaves, nothing will, not even sending it to the address you have provided! You want and expect me to spend time discussing my experience with askusbank whatever when your people didn't bother to give me their time to help me with my banking needs? No, thank you! At CitiBank, the staff were so welcoming, came up to me and were earnest to give me assistance with a bright smile in there faces. Your staff on the other hand, they looked at me with a stern face, they could be good poker players!

Not the best first impression!!! Worst experience cashing a check! The first person that “helped” was not able to cash the check without my husband being physically next to me even though we are in a joint account. I got my husband (who was in the car with our sleeping baby) and the second person was more helpful but once again it was not a great experience and took way longer than it should have.

This one star review is basically a 0 star review. Unprofessional, worst customer service and literary any service. Got my car loan through them in May, consultant at that time Albert Sadia was nice at first but had no clue what he’s doing - he gave me multiple different answers as to who’s going to receive the title from DMV. By July there was no title, I called 5 times, emailed - he was always ‘not in the office’. Finally someone else answered, a lady, too bad I don’t remember her name. She mumbles something about the fact that the documents were never sent to DMV. She was responsive though and called me back detailing that NOW the back office is sending them( July) and I most definitely receive them 12-14 weeks later as DMV backed up. September she said 100%. I’m calling in September because the title IS STILL NOT RECEIVED AND US BANK IS SENDING ME LETTERS THREATENING THAT I WiLL BE IN DEFAULT OF CONTRACT IF I DONT SEND THEM THE PROOF OF TITLE . That I never received, that they never requested. September new customer representative answers my call that the back office sent the document to DMV on September 9th!!!!! No, they didn’t send anything in July, it just didn’t happen! And again blaming the DMV for 12–18 week processing time…. ‘Unfortunately they can’t do anything at this time and ‘ignore‘ the US bank threat letters’This is TOP TIER UNPROFESSIONAL !!!I hope for the best and I regret using US Bank service.

I have been coming to this location for years, but lately it is always a huge disappointment. One teller in particular that loves to play his power card and say no or argue to simple requests just because he can. I get the coin shortages, but it's like he gets a kick off of being able to restrict the amount. It took me a ridiculous amount of time to get a roll of quarters because he walked as slowly as he possibly could back to the "vault", yet I could see his bald head just standing back there.... Then we have the red headed lady who takes her sweet time too. It's almost like they both are fighting with each other silently on who works the slowest so they don't have to take the next customer.... This is if you're lucky enough to have two tellers. Please do not reply with your automated sorry response (that's pathetic too). I just hope I can detour individuals that are looking to open an account with you. I plan on switching, it's just a pain. Thank God I rarely have to actually go in to the bank now days. It will be nice when I only have to deal with machines... Never thought I would say that....

U.S. Bank is the Best! I have been with them for years and had nothing but good experiences. They have always given me the benefit of the doubt if anything was in question and credited funds back to my account until the investigation was over... I'm happy to say, they cleared it up :)
