The guy that came out to do my car ( one of the two owners) was so nice and professional. He did such a great job including getting our a big scuff mark on bumper. I couldn't have been more pleased. You know you think " agh do I need to spend the money"? I'll tell you it was so worth it! The car looks brand new also, price quoted was price paid, no hidden charges.

TL;DR: We've gotten the express detail a few times for our Tesla and a full detail for our SUV. After having Sean detail our car, I will never ever have anyone but Sean touch my cars. Booking and Arrival Experience: You can book an appointment directly on Sean's website. He confirms the appointment over text and always shows up 5-10 mins before the appointment time. Handoff Experience: Sean is a very no-non-sense, low hassle guy. You give him the car, he knows what to do. He makes sure to take care of all the nooks and crannies. Actual detail experience: OMG level. He goes above and beyond every single time. The car is absolutely incredible. We live in a beach city, and I am no longer of having kids and their friends mess us the car anymore (sorry Sean). To boot, he's left us microfiber cloth to take care of the car in between the time he sees us. Overall: Can't recommend this service more. I've tried others. Truly nothing comes close. On top of all this, Sean is a super a nice guy!!

My car looked brand new after getting an interior detail... and that's after years of sand and dog hair build up. Sean was super nice, communicative and prompt. Highly recommend S&W! Will definitely be using them again!! Thank you!

Very unprofessional to hang up on someone. We set an appointment, was told they would call that day 2-3 hour before the appointment. They called 15 mins before and tell me I was the one who was to confirm with them. So, they rerouted their guy and hung up on me before allowing me to answer if I even wanted a later appointment that day. That shows fate had a hand in it and I am better off in the long run.

Gave them a try. Great quality as car wash looked like a detail and paint correction made the car look like it was freshly painted??

Shawn did a fantastic job on my car. I had the 3 stage paint correction done which was recommended and it looks better than when I first got it. On the interior I must admit I was a little embarrassed as I do have grandchildren but it smells and feel like new. Thanks again. Ill be ready for one in a couple of months : )
