I rushed to get to the store trying to give my business instead of going online. I got to the door at 6:58 the Employee closed the door knowing I was about to go In saying we're closed. I guess they don't want sales. Now going to order online... I know it was my store i would try to get every sale!!!

Wow!! Came in for some supplements that GNC only has online but the two gentlemen in the store were rockstars. One. Showed us better alternatives with same or better contents which made a few of us very happy. The gentleman at the register had the best disposition I've seen so far, in case you are in need for some health supplements check them out. Walked into the store this morning and a gentleman by the name of Robert refuse to give me his last name but seem to be a supervisor attempted to help me he asked me what I needed and I expressed to him that I needed a cleanser a detox often used for drug tests..... I personally didn't need it for a drug test but it is often known to help pass a drug test... well as soon as I said drug test he refused to help me from that point on he said it is illegal for him to sell any product if I am going to use it for that reason.... I told him that I was not using them for that reason but it is often used for that that doesn't mean that I will be using it for that purpose... needless to say he refused to help me from that point on so I went around the store looking for the product on my own.... I finally found a product or something that was similar to near the front register I asked him if I can get one bottle.. and he read he did what he told me earlier that he was not gonna help me and that he was not gonna sell me that product... he was pretty adamant about not selling me anything in that store didn't matter what it was at that point.... I kindly asked him for his name and his last name he refused to give me his last name I was very rude from that point on... 15 minutes later I purchase that item from a different GNC... no questions asked The person helping me knew exactly what I needed was very helpful and got my business... I will never be returning to the Manhattan Beach GMC store ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else

Fast and friendly service which is matched by fair prices. I enjoy the selection of pre workout, men's multi vitamin kits, and body cleansing options. The store is a little small though and may be hard to navigate when it is busier (AM hours)
