We used First Manhattan Mortgage and dealt directly with Steve to sell a trust property in RPV. What a pleasure to work with someone so experienced, knowledgeable of the area and very trustworthy. Steve worked to keep the sale on track, dealing with a skittish buyer and a recalcitrant trustee... basically, escrow would never have closed without his constant guidance and support. We are extremely happy that we chose his office for this trying episode. Highly recommended!
