I don't understand how this branch has 2.5 stars. Every time I've been here, all of the tellers are so friendly and polite! Before my trip to Mexico, Kana helped me with getting my currency exchanged and was so kind and helpful. She took the time to explain to me how the exchange rates worked and how it varies by each week. She gave me an ETA for when my currency would be ready for pickup (it was about a week or a little under). I'm not sure if time just flew by because I was excited for my trip but she promptly called me letting me know my currency was ready to be picked up! Fast forward to the day I went to pick it up, she was very clear in explaining the amount of currency was after it was converted from USD to MXN Pesos. She asked me to double check and was super patient with me because that double check turned into triple and quadruple check. Math has never been my strong subject LOL. There were a few other tellers that were involved but I didn't get their names. They were all just as awesome, though. I am going back to Mexico next month so I'll definitely be seeing you guys very soon :)

Don't Open An Account unless you're okay with a 6 Hour Delay for the confirmation of each transaction you've made. Absolute inconvenience, and a very important detail left outwhen starting up an account.

Total Inconvenience not being advised it takes a 6 Hour Delay to confirm each and every transaction that one makes. Never, ever, heard of such nonsense, and was also planning on opening up a business account, but will definitely go elsewhere, and cut ties with Citibank.

I called into the bank and called the branch manager, Minza. She was very professional and knew exactly how to solve my banking problem even though I was not a current customer and even located in a different region. Really appreciated the time she spent to resolve my issue.

The teller Bianca was very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake with the transaction she was helping me with and she didn't mind. Everything I needed to have done was taken care of very quickly and politely. Thank you Bianca.

Seth Seth, yes my friends if you're looking for amazing customer service ? he's the man to go to. I almost gave up on city bank from a previous bad experience at another branch in west Chester. Not to mention any names. Besides the point, Seth took the extra steps to convince me to stay with Citibank and he proved me wrong. After setting up a new account. He truly exceeded my expectation. 5 stars across the board thank you Seth.

If you don't bank with citibank, please do not start. They find any reason to hold your money. Call center is completely unprofessional. They are no help when it comes to any issue. You're better off keeping your money in a clear trash bag on the porch. Be careful who you bank with

Horrible customer service Worst bank of have ever put my money in . I wish They could refund the money they take away from me. They have take hundreds from me. Worst bank I have be apart of. I will never goto this bank ever again . I don't recommend this bank. Customers on the phone are awful and inside every branch as while. There fee are stupid. They charge so much to have your money in there bank. They have charged in passed 2 years my account has been open they have charged $500 or more fees. When my account been positive for longer then that. Citibank is worst bank possible. I recommend an other bank beside them. They Listen to they customers and will work with them. And help them out with any problem. But the bank doesn't listen to their customers. I am cutting my card up right and never using it ever again. This bank is worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst Citibank around. Tellers are friendly, bank manager and personal bankers incompetent. I was with Citibank when they were Glendale Federal in the 1970s. I did go to the Glendale branch and they were wonderful,,I am going to try Citi in Redondo Beach they got better reviews. DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH !!

Terrible customer service. hours are not customer friendly. Branches are closed on weekends to save money. Really sad.
