I went to the location to purchase gas. I used my ATM card and requested $50 on the pump. Went to the pump, and it stopped pumping a couple of dollars in. I went inside and the lady said there was nothing she could do! My $46 is gone!!!! Stolen! I was on E so I requested to have more money taken off my card. I can't believe they are getting away with taking people's money. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. I notice this is not the 1st time this gas station has done this. A heads up, when they steal your money this way your bank can't give you your money back if you used your debit card and entered your pin number. So. NEVER USE YOUR PIN WHEN PURCHASING FROM HERE. At least if the try and still your money, the bank can help you get it back because you ran the charge as a credit purchase. Using a pin means the money "supposedly" was received. Lesson learned! ZERO STARS IS TO MUCH.

The girl with the ridiculous eyebrows stole my money, didn't give me a receipt for the gas and then canceled the gas and pocketed the money. Don't worry, I found a police report and I called your corporate office.

Zero costumer service , was waiting 10 minutes for the “lady” with crazy eyebrows to come and get my payment- super rude and disrespectful.

Very poor customer service. I was not greeted by this woman with horribly drawn on eyebrows and not only was she rude after trying to redeem a lotto scratcher, which I've had no problem doing here in the past. She refused to punch it in manually as the scan code was worn. Didn't even wanna buy anything after her attitude. Went to chevron. Greeted with a smile, helped me out, said have a nice day, That's customer service

Went to the Arco AM/PM on Manhattan Beach Blvd and had HORRIBLE service!!! The guy refused to make fresh coffee for my husband, saying the machine was closed. And then, when I asked to get the key for the restroom, he told me that the restroom was closed as well! I mean, really?? At 8:50pm?!? There was *no convenience* at this convenience store. Bad and lazy, lazy, customer service. Never expect good- or even adequate!- service from Jesus at 1002 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. This experience makes me never want to go to any other AM/PM again!!

Customer service person was pretty aggressive toward me when buying things inside the store. I didn't say anything, bought my stuff and just walked out after purchasing. The store is convenient for gas but customer service isn't the best.

I am a frequent patron of this ampm location, due to its close proximity to my house and office (I know, I know - not the best idea for my health...but hey). The customer service of the staff and the new owners are superb - always have smiles on their faces and warmth in their words. Bonus: awesome music is constantly playing from the indoor/outdoor stereo system. Bonus #2: this ampm accepts credit cards (not just debit cards.

Workers are rude. Taking the 1000s of dollars of business I did there elsewhere.

Rude workers. Taking the 1000s of dollars I spend there else where. The tall younger guy ruined it for you.

RUDE!!! I bought a chicken sandwich on my way to a basketball game. Didn't want to eat and drive, so I topped my sandwich and started to eat it. I do this every time I get a hot sandwich grin am/pm. The cashier rudely told me I couldn't eat my sandwich there. Surprisingly, I asked why. Answer, "bc you can't." What an ugly attitude!!!! I've never had anyone ever say anything and I buy about 3-6 sandwiches a week at various locations. It's appalling how customers can be talked to/ treated

I have never written a Yelp or google review but I had such an awful experience here that I felt like I needed to warn everyone else the management working here. Anyways- I bought he juul at this gas station and have been coming here to fill up on the juice sporadically. Today walked into this gas station and bought the creme brí»lée juice and left. When I got back home and opened the pack I noticed that the pack was defected. It was fully sealed and inside there was juice leaking. As soon as I noticed I drove back to the ampm to exchange it for a new one. I wasn't upset that it was defected I know things happen, but this is where it al went downhill I walked inside and explained to the cashier and showed him what had happened and he then went on to tell me that he can't give me a new one because then he will be out 20$ I was shocked. We argued for a bit and he refused to do anything about it. He continued to tell me it's my fault and "this is just business". I even asked for at least kindness or compassion and he laughed at me. Not even an apology. NOTHING I got screwed out of money, publically embarrassed, and now I am never returning to this ampm ever again. DO NOT COME HERE.

OMG. This Arco is the bomb. They have gas, and little chocolate donuts, and coffee, and cups for the coffee. I like it here so much, sometimes I stop by for a quickie, even when I have a full tank. I really feel like it should be called Ourco.
