This place is terrible. The lack of concern ur employees have for there customers is ridiculous. My grandmother was there waiting and checked in. Not one person came out to tell her she needed to check back in after.so long. No were is it posted stating that. The customer service here sucks and u need to do better. People go in there with out eating and be there for hrs. Do better

I'm very upset with there service. I understand they take there appointments first which is great. What I don't understand is why they have walk- ins if they are literally going to make you wait until all appointments are done including the ones that come in after you. My son had an appt which we were late to 15mins. So I sat there as a walk in. I waited for all the individuals to be seen who were there before us and there appointments. I've been seating there for 1hr 30 mins and now we have new appointments coming in and they are being seen before him due to the appointments rule. There shouldn't be any purpose of walk-ins because you won't be seen. You might as well make an appt. That will be the only way your seen. I walked out and is forced to make an appointment so he can be seen. Irritated!!

If I could give them a zero I would, I needed to drop off a sample. Paper work was done. Literally just needed to drop it off. They told me it was a 3.5 hour wait to drop off a sample. Literally just needed to hand off the bag. There is no one to ask for help, staff is standing around doing absolutely nothing. The place is horrible. When I asked who I could call or talk to to get this resolved they said no one. Asked me to dump my sample in the trash can outside if I had a problem with it. They actually told me to dump a bio hazard sample in the trash out side. Still would like to talk to someone but what a joke of a place.

The reception lady is rude, as soon as I walk on, she asked if I have a mask. Then you have to check in which literally took probably 5 minutes because it scans your driver license and also asks for your insurance card. I'm already irritated because my appointment was at 8:10 and the lobby is full and it's hot wearing this mask. Who wears masks now anyway? I'm gonna be late getting my kids to school. This location is horrible. Fresno is better.

Waited until they open at 7:30 am to do walk in and was told that if I didn't have appointment I would have to wait for next time which would have been 9:40 . I had to fast so that wasn't going to work . I just think if they can't squeeze you in between appointments them while do they say walk in welcome . Bad business and the guy wasn't helpful or showed any concerns

Just thought I make people aware. One star is for charges/billing and not the clinic, they are great.Quest diagnostics has a blood test for Vitamin D levels for $29.99, on line, no doctor orders required. Since my dr ordered some other (needed) blood tests I asked if he could just add checkmark to the order for vitamin D test since it's only $29. I would pay.Well, because I went through my doctor and insurance, I now have a $241 bill for a $29 test. I asked Quest to adjust they said no because I went through my insurance and didn't do it on line WTF! I asked if I could talk to someone that would make sense of this they said no and there's NO appeal process for the scam! I asked if this is the exact same test as the online $29.99, she said yes! No shame! It was not a necessary test so insurance doesn't pay. So same time to draw blood for covered tests, same everything and probably seconds to test that portion of my blood and they claim i now owe $241.00 for an on-line test that costs $29.99!

came in to take a drug test for work requirements. I urinated and apparently the temp wasn't high enough?? So i sat and drank water until i could urinate again which of course was going to be very little. Just to be told it still wasn't right temp or high enough. Very unprofessional and made me pee three times. Horrible staff don't come here.
