Worst experience here with exchange during Christmas time. Purchased a jacket as a gift, that was too big and tried to make an exchange and the cashier calls over manager and continues to tell me they cannot make the exchange due to “dog hair” being on jacket. As I tell them the jacket is being exchanged in same condition as it was purchased, mind you all of their products is on the floor being stepped all over or just all over the place, nothing is where it belongs, kids running all over all the products. I ask for store credit or if there’s anything they can do, and she says “no and it’s listed on back of receipt, that we cannot take back anything that has dog hair” so I check back of receipt and nothing of this nature is listed. Then I let them know I can’t do anything with an oversized jacket and this is a gift, and the cashier goes in to say “I’m sure the homeless outside would be happy to have the jacket”. All in all, worst experience here and won’t be shopping here no more.

I love shopping for my boys clothes here they have a lot of clothes for boys but for girls they have a lot only for ages 6months to 3-4 years old an some 10-12 sizes for 8-10 yr olds but only tight leggings outfit. There little for women also. But a lot of women shoes. Hope it helps guys. 10/10 recommend.

The store itself is fine overall but the but the store employer's ross is way to shady and mostly think there racist they got rid of store manager that was African American who work there for ten years got let go for no reason

It's 105 outside right before even entering they rudely tell you no drinks when there's no sign stating you can't have any not even water like really ? That's outrageous no other of their stores has that rule it's like do you want people to have a heat stroke

The store D's discount who's owned by Ross has done a young man wrong he was wrongfully terminated for something he already owned up to it so what they did and got rid of him this store and its company does not care about us but this young man did I remember this young man I came to the store every day listen to music and he pointed me out to the right speaker I was devastated that I heard he was gone matter of fact I saw him cry on the street defeated and tired it is wrongfully wrong what they did to this gentleman I want all of us to stand up to this person no understand up for this person and help him get his job back we will not stand for this Mr Smith even you don't want any trouble but we will cause trouble for you to help you get your job back Ross DD's have done you wrong

Your store was okay but then I realize what I heard that one of my favorite person in that store is gone the one person who helped me for ten years that help look for electronics is gone he was first black manger the only manger that time for us little people

Dds was an awesome experience. I found the items I'd been looking for due to me being with my daughter and she needed to go to dds. The store was large and very clean, the staff very friendly. I'll be going back there real soon. I love this place, there are some really cool stuff that are really cheap. They got men,women and kids section. They got everything from shoes, clothes,underwear, household items, luggages, perfume, jewelry lots of miscellaneous items. They do have fitting rooms because I know some stores don't have. But with covid I doubt we can try clothes on. The staff and employees have been more than just a help in directing me to the product I need. Love the people who work there. Even security was nice. Absolutely loved it. They have more selection for heavy men than the Ross at Fresno River Park. If you purchase anything in a box, make sure to check and make sure the items are actually there. I bought a car charger and I didn't notice the year on the box until I got home and realized the box was empty. Felt stupid and obviously didn't return the empty box.
