Great craftsmanship style and the time frame to special order is very reasonable. American made out of California says it all! With so many different models fabrics and pillow choices you will have a one of a kind piece I guarantee!

Spoke with Gomen this morning asking for their warranty for a sleeper sofa and she said they do not deal with the public.

note: I did not buy from them directly. I bought from this manufacturer from other furniture shop. I found out that some items get stuck at the port if it's not "made in US". So I decided to buy from this maker. Turns out their quality is excellent (better than west elm which is usually what i buy/style and look wise), even though the dealer wasn't. I ended up buying twice from this manufacturer (I'm a youtuber and a interior designer part time) will buy again. wish they had better website and facebook page. hard to find items online

Phenomenal customer service! Naddy was a pleasure to work with. She was always super friendly when I spoke to her and extremely helpful. The quality of the sectional is superb! I don't think my mom will ever have to replace this sectional. I can't wait to buy a sectional for my own home! All together I enjoyed my experiences with this company and would highly recommend them for future furniture purchases!

I am in the process of purchasing a sofa made by them and I actually went to their factory/shop to pick out the fabric. Unlike another reviewer said, they are not a drop ship catalogue company that orders their stuff from China. They make everything in house and use solid wood framing. Their fabric selection is typical of any sofa place. I think they use Bella but you can buy your own too and have them use it. They will do custom work if you want to pay a little extra and its still cheaper but yet as good or better quality than your higher end furniture stores. The people may speak Spanish but so what... they speak English too. I wonder if the other reviewers speak two languages and own their own business.

***BUYER BEWARE*** If I could give negative reviews for this company I would. ***BUYER BEWARE*** Before going into the review, let me tell you something about this company. If you want the BEST price from them, you will need to figure out what city/zip code they like the best then order from them. I called with a 949 area code, first thing the ghetto Mexican lady asked me when inquiring for a price, was "What city you from?" Yes, she said it exactly like that. Our public education system served her well. I replied with "I am just looking for a price right now" "Where city you calling from?" was what she insisted on knowing. Once we said South Orange county the price was around $850. Called back about 10 minutes later calling from a different phone with a 310 area code, and was quoted $630 for the same item. We waited a day, and called back with *67 and said "Lakewood" for the city. Price $950. We did this with different products and different phone numbers and different people and different cities. With a single product being quoted varying prices from $630s up to over $1000. Every product had a different price depending on the city. Selective pricing based on their "feeling". You may say it was from "delivery" prices right? Nope, never asked for that, local pickup. You may think that the prices of these items fluctuate, yes they may, but 10 mins difference? More than likely not. They are a drop-ship company that orders from catalogs and has the company drop ship it to their warehouse. They do not even have a showroom. Like I said before, just beware of their price practices and figure out the best city, so if you want, which I was planing on doing, is going through a list of all the cities in the area on the SAME phone call expecting different prices and just find the cheapest city, so when anyone calls just say you are from that city.....I wonder if they have any bias towards Lynwood, where they are from....maybe their homies will get the best prices..... Did I do business with them? No. Never. With an attitude like that and horrible business ethics already, I really do not want to get myself into any further mess. So like I said, they may very well delivery a good product, you may get a good price, or you may get price gouged, who knows. Spin the roulette wheel and hope for the 00 payout....I won't. EDIT: Until Yelp updates the information for this company, here is the correct information/ 310-635-4894
