Hands down best customer service ?. I dnt know much about cars and stuff but I needed this part for my truck not knowing the name or anything just with a picture literally a picture I was able to get what I needed. Ive gone to other Autozones and had a runaround the part kept being wrong, I came here and Brandy help me I recommend this autozone the employees really know their car parts. Ask for Brandy if you need help.

Terrible customer service. No management and no one seems to care. Phone rings off the hook, and only one attendant for 6 people. They just don’t care! It isn’t the first time either!!! Go to O’reilly’s instead!

As soon as i walked in all the employees were super nice and greeted me, one of them Robert, helped me out since i locked myself out of my car, he didn't have to yet he still gave me his service and called his Triple A to do me that big favor, we need more compromised employees like Robert so happy with the service so kind!

I used this auto zone to purchase brakes and rotors. Leo helped me with prices by phone, he made me aware of all my choices. He was very patient and has Excellant customer service skills.When I went to purchase them the rotors had to be ordered, the attendant whom helped me provided me with the brakes and ordered the rotors for me. He was very helpful and really friendly. We talked and laughed about the weather we were having. I left the store feeling really pleasant. It's rare now running into a nice cordial person. I picked up the rotors the following day. This is when I met Clever the store manager. He is the best. He was also very cordial, friendly and polite. He even carried my rotors to my car, and refused a tip. The whole crew in this store is awesome. I highly recommend this location.

I purchased a car last night and it needed a jump to put in neutral so I came in and was greeted by Omar. He understood my urgency and was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed before they closed.HOWEVER I realized that the pack didn't work. It ended up being an inverter, not a jumper (which requires a full battery). So I came to 2 local AutoZone's to exchange it. This is where the headache beganI called this location again and it felt like everybody stopped what they were doing to help. Joseph, Jonathon and the manager (spanish speaking lady I think) were eager to help. Nevertheless we we able to work together and fix the problem. Thanks dudes!!!

Came in location. Was greeted promptly by at least 2, maybe 3 team members. I informed "Cleaver" whom I later observed to most likely be the manager, that I needed to have the battery I was bringing in, tested. He determined that the battery needed to be charged for at least an hour before it could be tested. After the hour of charging, it was determined to be defective. "Cleaver" promptly proceeded to verify warranty and replace the battery. Overall experience was wonderful and efficient. Team members seemed to be happy in their environment and entire place seemed to be a pleasant place to shop & work.
