Rude and unhelpful staff. Manager laughed and encouraged me to do banking elsewhere. This is why most people bank online. You'd think with Wells Fargo's recent history of creating fraud accounts in customer's names, they'd have more focus on customer service.

Well. I came in today, to see if Kirk, the Manager was in. No, he was still out to lunch. I sat down to take care of my paper work. In meantime, I had to care of something else, told someone else I'd be right back. I knew I had to be back there, to process my transaction, that was not done by me.I came back to call Wells Fargo, the customer service one, where they take care of your banking needs. And, guess who showed up, just as I sat down? There was Kirk, who the minute he saw me said:"Hi Greg", and basically took me to his desk. I went over my information, he called someone at Wells Fargo, and took care of all of details. I have to say that all of what was not right about that transaction I came to take care of...was something I only had one person who took care of my situation that well done. I came there yesterday, knowing that Kirk had helping me the same way at the Camden Wells Fargo. The point here is that Kirk really fosters a really pleasant and well thought out way, of taking care of me, with a smile on his face, with a really great, can do attitude. I left there, a very happy, very well taken care of Wells Fargo customer. Thank you, Kirk .

One star is way too generous. Worst bank ever, and everyone who works there looks miserable. They've now removed their walk up ATM on North Santa Cruz Ave, and locked those doors for good. If it was easier to change banks I would've done so months ago after all the good tellers left. Last time I was in and needed cash the teller was clearly put out about it so I asked her if I'd done something to upset her by coming in to get money out of my account. Sheesh.

I needed to setup a Wire Transfer. The other Wells Fargo Bank in Los Gatos was closed for the rest of the week, and there was only 2 bankers on duty when I arrived. I had to wait for sometime for a banker to come back to his desk and when he came back, even though I already asked them to help me as soon as possible, they had me to wait even longer. so I gave up and left.

This branch isn't bad. They are in a great location and everyone I know who banks here likes this location. The satff are helpful and the place looks clean. If you have to bank somewhere then do it in a safe location like this one. Plus it's right near plenty of shopping and dinning places so that's a plus.

Do not go to this branch to do business banking. I have done business with Wells Fargo for 33 years. I went in this branch to open a new business checking account for a new business. This is the only branch that requires every corporate officer and every signature for the account to be present in the branch at the same time to open an account or to change signatures for the account. This is impractical when some of your corporate officers are on the east coast - 5 minutes from another Wells Fargo branch. This is a ridiculous requirement that is easily handled with notarized paperwork at any other branch of Wells Fargo or up the street at BofA. Other Wells Fargo branches have procedures to open business accounts and change signatures without having everyone in the branch at the same time. This is a unique policy of this Los Gatos branch, and not a policy of Wells Fargo. They turn away business customers because they are unwilling to use other simple Wells Fargo methods to get the paperwork completed for the account.

I'm really surprised at the high overall score this branch received. I've used this branch for a bit over a year and certainly couldn't give them over average. Recently, however, I experienced a very unacceptable experience at the branch. I needed to talk very briefly with a banker.

The people here are very nice and very helpful. The security guy is super nice, always waves and says hi. I'm just sad my regular person moved to a different location

Want a bank that is full service, great customer service, parking, ATMs, and friendly? Come to the Los Gatos branch. I recently moved to the area and found a great bank for personal and business banking. Great location, great people.

I had so many problems with this location that I closed my primary account and went to another bank. My son opened an account here for convenience and they made so many mistakes on the account it was three months before we had the credit card and account working properly. He had to go open up an account at another bank while at college! He was treated so rudely at this specific branch he now goes elsewhere. For convenience I stopped into this location and I was AGAIN treated without any regard. The teller was extremely inexperienced and almost deposited my money into somebody else's account. She had to call a manager over who was not apologetic at all for what had happened. When the branch manager called me she treated me like a criminal and was so rude. I was only looking for assistance and resolution on the poor customer service. I now avoid this branch as much as possible. The manager was so rude to me that I almost closed the remaining accounts, however I found another location where all of the tellers and all of the managers are very nice. This goes to show you that customer service is from the manager down. If you have a manager that doesn't care about customer service you have tellers that don't care either. I am so dismayed by what has happened to the branch. The manager did not contact me to resolve the issue she called to prove me wrong and interrupted me constantly. She didn't want to solve my problem she just wanted to prove she was right. What ever happened to customer service? I can tell you it is not at this branch location. I'm trying not to take this as a reflection of Wells Fargo because my poor experiences have all been at this location. Whatever you do make The additional drive to another location it is well worth it.

Wells Fargo is Wells Fargo. I don't really expect all branches to be the same. This branch, however, looked extremely clean and sophisticated. I came around noon and there weren't much people. There were only about 3 tellers and the one who helped me was really nice and fast. If it were to get really busy I don't think they would have enough tellers. Oh and there seems to be a lot of older people at the branch haha
