GO TO CVS INSTEAD!! I HATE giving horrible reviews, so I'm sorry to say I have to give this store a 1 star review. The worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time! We ordered online for pickup and the order got cancelled while we were already in store, so we wanted to buy one other item since we were already there. While checking out, we asked how the refund for the cancelled order would be given, and the cashier gave us a horrible, rude attitude from the very start. She said she didn't know anything about it and spoke to us in a tone as if we were stupid. We had to continually reexplain the question, and during this time a couple people got in line. Then, for the one item we wanted to buy, she told me the wrong price after scanning than was listed on the floor. I mentioned this and she again was extremely rude and acted like we were annoying and she was not interested in helping. Then, we asked if there was someone else in the store who could help since we didn't want to hold up the line and her EXACT quote in the rudest tone to me was: "I don't know. All I know is I've got a line." Keep in mind that this line formed because she refused to be helpful and made us keep reexplaining the question to her. We just left to get the item at CVS. The kind man who was behind us in line even came to us in the parking lot afterwards to say: "That was horrible wasn't it? I was pulling my hair out just listening to that." I do not say this lightly when I say that this rude cashier should be fired and my family (who has lived in the area since 2004) will never be returning to this store.

I love the pharmacy staff here they are so knowledgeable and efficient. My son got his Covid vaccine and they were great with him. I would give the pharmacy five stores but the store brings it down to four. While we were there we went to pick up a few items after his vaccination and the front registers weren't working so they sent us to the beauty section to check out but then there was nobody there win I went to get someone to check us out they told us we had to go to the front I said the front send this to the beauty section and the girl gave us attitude. It was really rude considering we are just trying to buy a few things and go

The staff at the pharmacy treats customers in a disgusting and intolerant way and they are very rude. I will make sure to report to the supervisor!!!!

I ordered a print online and selected a next day morning pick up and was giving a 8:30am pick up time. I figured that was early, so I went in at 10am. They said it was a super busy morning and she would print my picture right away and it would take 10min. I said ok and waited but while waiting, the attendant helped 2 customers (that came after me) and after waiting 15min, she said it would take another 10m!!! 45min after I got there, I finally got my print!!!! Why does Walgreens confirm something they won't or can't deliver l. Unacceptable!!!

This is a well organized store and the staff are super friendly especially the shift manager with dark hair and eyes. She has a lot of patience whenit comes to people who are extremely difficult! I'm glad I can come to the store and get whatever I need

What a fun adventure! What a comedy of errors worthy of a Shakespearean play. Imagine the silly faces we all made when we realized the 3 Diet Dr. Peppers rang up as 3 for $13.99, when the price was advertised in the aisle as 3 for $10.99, but the in-store display advertised 3 for $9.99, and the app advertised them as 3 for $8.99, but we ended up paying 3 for $7.50. This new math is crazy! The fun began when the cashier and manager engaged in a whimsical back and forth regarding the in-store display, which they claimed was only for regular fat Dr. Pepper and not the diet version. The face I made should be a new emoji! Imagine if Huh and WTF had a baby and that baby did a face-off surgery with the confused John Travolta meme. Then, I looked online to see if we could figure out if it's 9.99 or 10.99, but the website said 8.99. The manager laughed warmly with a great smile, and by laughing warmly with a great smile, I mean that she decided to help other customers for 14 minutes. In the end, I should note the manager gave me even a further discount. And as I left, the cashier was very thorough and thoughtful to make sure I paid for my newspaper, assuming it had perhaps been refunded. I could almost hear her brain say, "Get off my lawn" as we left.

I love love this Walgreens..the pharmacy is awesome..the ladies an gentleman that work are the bomb ...lets not forget the staff also. Very friendly helpful an got answers when u need them. I miss this store moved away an wish i could bring the store with me.

Would someone mind sharing the manager's phone number with me? The cashier conned me out of $25 and I feel as though someone should let the store manager know. I paid for a $200 dollar purchase (buying for blessing bags for homeless) in cash and she said I didn't give her the full 200. I ended up paying a little over $230 total for my $200 purchase.

Appointments at the pharmacy are a joke. I had three appointments for shots and was told that I would have to wait for the 4 walk in appointments approximately an hour. Appointments are scheduled in 10 min increments so the timing didn't add up. I realize that sometimes it takes longer than expected, but when you schedule appointments your time should be respected and priority placed to assist you.

I have had little experience here, but the experience I have had has been fine. Last time I couldn't find an item and asked a clerk who was busy stocking a shelf. She was kind enough to walk me to the product. The store is neat and clean. I was distress to read from another reviewer that the bathroom was dirty. The parking lot is spacious and you can exit or enter from Blossom Hill Road or Kooser.

I never thoroughly enjoy my experience at this store. There's VERY limited staff and one cashier in particular, who is very nice, but 5x's as slow as she is nice. The store is almost always out of one thing I need (supply chain issue?). Good thing is, store is usually clean. That's about it. This store is a hotspot for theft. I can't imagine there wouldn't be more employees on duty at any given time. And yes, this is the store that crooks drove thru the door and wrapped a chain around the ATM and stole it out the building. I think this manager needs to do a better job at making it's store employees and customers feel welcome and safe. Other than that, an ordinary (not extraordinary) Walgreens. I cannot imagine this Walgreens being around much longer if they don't get a grip on customer service and security. There's a lot of loss to the company and the customer on both accounts.
