I made an appointment to have an ultrasound and X-ray done. When the ultrasound was done the technician said to sit in a chair and wait for X-rays. I waited about 20 minutes then asked how much longer it would be for the X-ray. I was told they were not doing any X-rays today. I reminded them that the paperwork said both to be done at this appointment. I was told I would have to go to another location for the X-rays. I gave this place a 3 star because the ultrasound tech was professional. Otherwise I would give them a 1 (one). I am 82 years old and don’t get around much. I will have to go somewhere else next time.

Scheduling an appointment is impossible. The call center did not answer after more than 2 hours on hold. I called for three days. The online doesn’t work either. I finally was able to get someone at a location to schedule my procedure.

3/25/2024 - Pam, the person who answered the phone for the radiology contact was very rude. Not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to get help. I've read reviews for this office and they are mixed. I know why now. My experience last Saturday was pleasant with Allison, not so much today with Pam though!3/23/2024 - Allison, the front desk check in person at the radiology office was a real gem. They are open on Saturdays for special appts. She was the person behind the desk this past Saturday.Allison was very kind and helpful, wonderful customer service! The radiology technician was also very kind and considerate.

I had an ultrasound here today and everything went smoothly. I had no problem making an appointment or calling back to ask a question, phone was answered right away each time. Check in was easy, ladies were polite and the place is very clean. My ultrasound tech was excellent. The only comment I would make is that the front desk told me to fast for 6 hours but the tech would have preferred longer according to age to get clearer pictures, so you might want to ask about that.

The check-in staff were courteous and welcoming. After a brief wait I was welcomed in and introduced to the radiologist who walked me through each step of the process and completed the procedure in a timely manner. Thanks to all.

I wish this location would do two things differently: 1) Pick up the phone when you call without long wait times so patients can get questions answered and 2) allow appointments for x-rays. Getting less than 10 minutes of x-rays today took me all afternoon, and I only got 2/3rds of my services complete because this location didn't do all the x-rays I needed...something I could've found out in advance and saved time if they picked up the phone! The people in the office seem entitled to operate in a womb-like environment but really should exercise some more alacrity and stop asking patients to wait at every single step of their process. Also generally annoyed that this office (like so many other places in US healthcare) act like a minute of their time is more precious than two hours' of the patients.The actual imaging experience was OK but still could be improved; the tech was courteous albeit rather hurried to the extent where she wouldn't wait for me to fully exhale before taking the x-rays, even though I was trying to exhale quickly to help her along. Hopefully the imaging actually came out. But please pick up the phone and do more than just say "hold please", and treat patients' time and effort to get to your office like it has some value to us, because nobody's time is free and limitless.
