Answer the damn phone.I have to keep writing because a review has to be eighty five characters, but really how many letters does it take to just ask why don't you answer the damn phone? It is the easiest thing to do when you work in radiology, just answer the damn phone. Am I at 85 yet? Answer the damn phone.

Very poor customer service. Rude and disorganized Radiology technician. They took 3 months to coordinate a simple X-ray and MRI. Will not return to this service again.

Made an appt for 4:30 and was not seen until 6:00. Was not informed they were running behind. The receptionist should have informed me. Just a note for Valley Medical/ Radnet- The floors, baseboards, walls are dirty, scuffed all over and dingy It's so depressing and feels so unsanitary considering it's a medical center.

I have my doctor order for an open MRI and have tried calling to secure an appointment for two weeks. After three calls of wait times over 20 minutes, I finally reached a scheduler who argued we me about my doctor's instructions. He refused to schedule me until the order was modified (with contrast) and have again tried to make an appointment only to be faced with hold times of over 30 minutes. Is this a good facility? I will never know because I can't get an appointment!

I went in without an appointment in Los Gatos. The wait time was very short. I was given a handout on how to access my results on their website. Very easy, radiologist was pleasant and professional.

I had a DEXA (bone density) scan with Christine. She was awesome. Great energy. Very good at explaining the job at hand.

There are no more appointments for Xray. The wait time was 1 hr 45 minutes so i just went away. For a working adult this is just crazy. And i have no idea what folks with kids do, especially babies and young kids. A question to management: are you out of your mind?? I will make sure to avoid your company in all locations in the future for any services my family may need, not just Xray and suggest others boycott you too. This idiotic greed is insane

My only 1 star review. DO NOT GO HERE. I visited well over a month now and they refuse to answer any phone calls in the record department, don't return messages, and aren't responding to my doctors initial request for my X-ray. They were, however, incredibly quick to send me a bill. What's the deal, Valley Radiology?

I have been calling Valley Radiology more times than I can count and no one ever picks up the phone. Example, today alone i have called 3 times right now I have been on hold for 28 minutes. I will say it again this is the 3rd time I have called today, not to mention the other days. it is a joke. I would suggest going someplace any place else. I have gone here for as long as I remember, and every time it gets worse and worse. The people are nice in person but even when I am there they don't answer the phone even if they are not busy and just sitting talking with one another. With that said there is one lady that does answer the phone "sometimes" still on hold 33 minutes time to hang up and just wait for my doctor to ask why my tests are not done and see if she can recommend somewhere else to go. I see J S. wrote a similar review. I did not see that till now, maybe more people can write about the phone situation so we can get service or tell me where else you go so I can ask to be refered there. 37 minutes now.

Worst billing service ever. Its been a year and they still haven't fixed the billing properly. They filed billing to incorrect insurance and then reported to collections. I went through 6 months of calls between collections, insurance and their billing to get it resolved or so I thought.. After getting confirmation that everything is settled I get a collections notice again and when I contacted them, they say Valley Radiology reported again to collections agency the same account they had said was closed. I am again going through calls for fixing this. Extremely incompetent billing department. Totally worthless, wasted hours of my time for their fault and I am thinking they will do it again.

I managed to actually get an appointment and have the MRI done that I was needing. Once you get past the horrible process to get the appointment things go very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with when I was there for the open MRI was wonderful. The tech was truly lovely. He was personable, got me comfortable, got the job done, and had the images ready for me to take on a DVD in a very short time. They also got the images to my doctor relatively quickly.

I've been here several times for MRIs Always fine and thorough. I recommend as for as long and MRI's take these people do get you in and out as fast as possible and that's a huge plus!

I've had numerous tests done there. Sometimes there's a wait, usually not very long. The staff are friendly and efficient, especially the testing staff. I've found them very accommodating.

They may have high technology for imaging, but the scheduling process is run by idiots!
