My dad my sister and I came in to get our phone plan transferred from AT&T. We had complications that caused us to stay longer than store hours, but Phil was absolutely amazing through all of it. He helped us with everything and worked out all of the different bugs that came up. He stayed TWO hours after the store closed and made sure we were good to go. He is the absolute best!!!!!!

Entered store today to find a lone employee sitting on a bench at the back of the store. We greeted him and he said" So what's up?" We explained our issue and asked for help. He did not rise from his spot as we approached. As he looked at the phone, with no technical items nearby or even a look at our account he finally said" I think you fried your Motherboard". This all took place with no mask. We were masked, the employee was not. Aside from a disinterested, disrespectful employee there were NO products on display. Hard to shop for a phone without actually looking at them. We left and went to the Blossom Hill store where 2 masked employees greeted us and worked on our issues while we browsed the phones on display.

I've had such a terrible experience with T-Mobile until I went to the Los Gatos location and had Phil help me out. I'm extremely grateful that Phil was able to fix all of the issues from every single prior experience I had. He had a rat's nest of complications to clean up from his colleagues. While I absolutely, unequivocally do not recommend T-Mobile, I do recommend Los Gatos location, if you are a current customer.

The rep is not wearing a mask. Said he has a bad knee so refused to stand up (ok I'm ok with that). Answered my question with a question. had a really bad attitude. I just walked out of the store. If you are the owner of the store fire this guy if this guy is the owner well isthere's a reason why your store completely empty all the time. I refuse to come here again.

Dont go here. The guy does not care & has little to no knowledge of promotions.Just go to the oakridge location they know what they are doing. They knew what promo I was talking about right away.

Visited this store to transfer service (4 lines) from another operator to T-mo. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end, even though I had a few "curve balls" on my end that the staff had to deal with (which they did patiently and professionally). Very satisfied customer here. Thanks Charles and team for your help, much appreciated!

The staff at this store was very helpful trying to help me resolve a billing issue (haven't been a Tmobile Customer for over a year). Tmobile Support has major issues in general but I wanted to post regarding the service I received in this particular store which was extremely helpful.

There are no sample phones in this store unfortunately. The staff is nice to take care of sprint to tmobile carrier transition.

Switched from Sprint, and Philip made the final transfer easy! Hardest part was remembering the pin #. T-Mobile works just fine on our iPhones !

This is one of the Best T-Mobile stores in my area. Excellent customer service from the time you walk in! Store owner Charles is knowledgeable and generously patient with every question I ask - he explains mobile tech issues and solutions so well it like having a personal tech engineer!!!!

Was so impressed by Phil on his knowledge and expertise on cell phones. Was super helpful and quick to set me up with new phones and monthly service plan all at an exceptionally good rate.I would recommend you stop at this place if shopping around for a new service plan and cell phones.

Did not receive good customer service at this Sprint/T-Mobile store in Los Gatos last night. Was given incorrect information and representative barely greeted us. Very disappointing- would not go back to this store ever!
