Dont go here. The guy does not care & has little to no knowledge of promotions.Just go to the oakridge location they know what they are doing. They knew what promo I was talking about right away.

Visited this store to transfer service (4 lines) from another operator to T-mo. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end, even though I had a few "curve balls" on my end that the staff had to deal with (which they did patiently and professionally). Very satisfied customer here. Thanks Charles and team for your help, much appreciated!

The staff at this store was very helpful trying to help me resolve a billing issue (haven't been a Tmobile Customer for over a year). Tmobile Support has major issues in general but I wanted to post regarding the service I received in this particular store which was extremely helpful.

There are no sample phones in this store unfortunately. The staff is nice to take care of sprint to tmobile carrier transition.

Was so impressed by Phil on his knowledge and expertise on cell phones. Was super helpful and quick to set me up with new phones and monthly service plan all at an exceptionally good rate.I would recommend you stop at this place if shopping around for a new service plan and cell phones.

Did not receive good customer service at this Sprint/T-Mobile store in Los Gatos last night. Was given incorrect information and representative barely greeted us. Very disappointing- would not go back to this store ever!

The absolute worst - hands down this store is the reason I am switching carriers. Long story short.. Charles and the fat guy whom won't leave his seat if he doesn't have to.. are sheisty crooks. They lie.. and when you call them on it, they call LG's finest to ask you to leave. We had T-mobile customer service issue a replacement device to the nearest store so we could return ours under warranty. I received text messages from T-mobile advising the device was at this store. When I arrived the fat guy called Charles out to tell me that they did in fact receive the device but it was "delivered as inventory to the store, not a warranty item and that I needed to pay an upgrade fee for the device". I said i wasn't responsible for the internal error and advised "the store and T-mobile could work out their sh!t on the back end" but that I needed the device. Apparently the word "sh!t" (while said diplomatically and simply in jest) really set Charles off ... he started with f bombs and calling me names and making discriminatory comments about "women and their mouths" and tried to order me out of the store. I planted in a chair with t mobile on the phone (on hold). Lg officer shows up and was really.. the nicest officer I've ever met.. but that's another review. T-mobile customer service ran investigation with UPS whom has signed receipts on file from that store of my device being delivered but now Charles and fat guy are saying that "they never received the device" so now their story changes. And the poor officer soon realizes they are just bad at business. But he did what he had to by asking me to work my stuff out on the phone outside of the store. Which he stayed with me to do as he really thought they would eventually give me the device. T mobile has launched an investigation into this store now. But it's too late for me. My family has decided to take our business elsewhere. I can say.. the customer service gal on the phone was top notch. She did everything she could including calling Charles and the fat guy to let them know t mobile has record that my device was received at the store. They didn't care. She offered to overnight me a new device to my house. I accepted but I'm still leaving. For t-mobile to be okay with having these people whom behave so poorly with CUSTOMERS.. as ambassadors of the the corporate name brand.. is appalling. This shouldn't be allowed. Do yourselves a favor. Go to the Union Ave store where the people working there are actually happy to see you come into their store. Just awful in Los Gatos. So beware guys. Don't send your wives or daughters with their "mouths" into this store. This guy obviously hates women.

Very poor customer service. Employee didn’t get out of his chair when we entered the store and wasn’t willing to assist us. Drove to another location and got stellar service for the same request.

Do yourself a favor, don't go in this store.45 minutes trying to transfer esim to new phone.First, neither of the two guys inside knew how to do that.Called TMobile support. Explained for 30 minutes (?!?!!?!?) whats the problem. TMoible support transferred the esim to my new phone .. asked me to try - didnt worked. At this point the guy that was talking with TMobile had to leave (?!?!) and the other guy started talking with the TMobile support .. trying to understand the problem (its not even a hard problem, isnt it) from the beginning ...I can not believe how unprepared everyone was. The two guys and the phone support. After 45 minutes, as I was already late and it was obvious those people are not familiar not with TMobile service, but even with how basic computers and phones work.Do yourself a favor, don't go in this store.

Today we stopped by at this store to ask about T-Vision and T-Mobile Home Internet. The store owner Mr. Charles Altawil was very attentive, very polite, helpful, and patient. Not only he explained everything in details, but he also helped us to place an order online, that we supposed to do ourselves. We left that store with the feeling that we have a new friend.

THe owner is good at this store. However, when they give you a refund credit card, be aware that I have not been able to use it to purchase anything and YOU CAN'T EVEN PAY YOUR TMOBILE BILL WITH IT.!!!
And the banks toll free number to get this resolved has nothing to help you fix the problem

My wife and I went into this T -Mobile store.
The man that runs the store was super amazing with us . Charles was so patient , so nice to us by helping us with our new phones .
Charles explained everything to us and was such a pleasant person to work with.
We really appreciate him and will recommend his store to everyone I speak to .
