A company that really dedicate to their customers. Although the local body shop took a long time, but ServiceUp was excellent in communication and made the repair process as care free as possible. Special thanks to Kait. Very professional and communicative. Can't ask for more as a customer. Treated like a VIP.

I thought I enjoyed my experience until multiple encounters of things not being fixed. After the theft that happened to my vehicle my car was returned and the door lock in the back wasn’t fixed or the AC so my car was returned the first time. I get it back and then I find mold all over the trunk and my car smells for weeks. I return it a second time and the mold still is there with my alternator not replaced after being told it would be. I call a third time and then no reply. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The manager who is a female was slow at responding and only messaged if I texted her but never gave updates. I was constantly asking what the updates of the car were and what else needed to be done rather than that being told to me. DONTTTTT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!!!!

I had very positive experience with ServiceUp. My car needed urgent repairs. They picked it up and returned it on the same day, while other places around were booked up at least several days in advance. Josh was super responsive, professional and friendly. Their prices may not be the cheapest but are still reasonable, especially considering the urgency.

I was skeptical of having someone pick up my car and bring it back. This is exactly what happened. What a great business - I felt that my car was taken car of top to bottom. Kait and Brandan are amazing as managers for ServiceUp! My car runs like a top and I felt this business was truly legit.I recommend ServiceUp all the way around. I had my reservations about this service but wow did they exceed my reservations. My car had been out of commission for over a year and just sitting in the drive way. I was moving out so it was time to get her running again. Jessie helped get me started then Evan (absolute homie) took over very communicative throughout the process. They coordinated the tow truck to pick my car up worked on it for the weekend, They asked for my approval before working on anything and dropped the car back off to my door driving like a champ. It was absolutely worth the value to be absolutely stress free. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using them again in the future.

It was my first experience with Service Up. I need a car body repair and don't have much time. I hired ServiceUp to handle my car repair and deal with my insurance directly. I didn't have to do too much except paying the deductible and communicate with both parties briefly. I was very pleased with the work and the frequent status from the coordinator. It saved me a lot of time from dropping and picking up the car and having to deal with the body shop and the insurance. The only complaint I have is that their advertisement said they offer 20% discount on my deductible; but when I placed the order, they didn't know anything about it. However, luckily, they finally honor me the discount. In fact, they even clean my windshield and tires without charging me extra, which is great. They might not be the cheapest; but they offer the best services in this circumstance. I would use their services again. Their staffs are very friendly and responsible. I think it is also our job to communicate our expectations with the coordinator. So, no misunderstanding can occur. As a customer, we also need to be reasonable and don't expect the moon. In this busy world, I think they offer a very good option to the car repair service industry.Service: Body & Trim

This was my first experience with Service Up. I am pleased with the work that was performed and I would like to use them again in the future. My only complaint is, I would like for them to use service mats on top of my car mats to prevent so much dirt and other debris from being left in my car mats.Service: Brakes

All about service and convenience. Recommended!!.ServiceUp has saved my family (5 cars) save an enormous amount of money, time, stress, and anxiety. The anxiety and stress is regarding my two daughters. When there is a problem with their cars- I no longer have to worry about them being stranded in less than safe places. Thank you LA team as well as the Bay Area! I will always be happy to pay for outstanding service!

I used serviceup to get my car fixed since I did not have much time those days to go myself to some shop and get the work done. While the car was at the shop they asked me if I wanted my bumper repaired, which I didn't so I said no. Then my car was returned without the front bumper, and no one had told me the piece had been removed and wasn't going to be put back!I tried reaching out to customer service, but they failed to recognize any wrongdoing, unfortunate since the service they provide is in principle a good idea, but if this is the execution, very bad business.Services: General repairs & maintenance

They delivered my car to me with my USB missing and barely any gas in my car. My car went there for a transmission/gas check, and the least they could’ve done was put more gas. Plus the gas that the driver used to deliver the car. My car basically went there for no reason, and money wasted. I have been calling to speak with someone about my car, but no one seems to answer my calls now. Truly I am upset, that was a two day work pay for me wasted. I would have been satisfied if the tank had a GREAT amount of gas and my stuff wasn’t missing from my car.Service: Vehicle Inspection
