Very nice, well stocked store. Was also nice to see the same people working there after being home for so long.I took a star off because it's so expensive, but gave it back for the easy parking.

Thanks for being open so late! I was able to pick up everything I needed to treat a mild ear infection while all your competition was closed. It's nice to have the convenience and I will be coming back here again! Love this store! Everyone that I've spoken to at the store is also super helpful and nice. I also love the layout of the products on the shelves and the openness of the aisles. This attention to detail makes everything very easy to find.

I gave never been talked to with so much disrespect in my life. The cashier acted like it was offensive for me to even be in the store when I did literally nothing at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but it was really weird.

Such a clean, well maintained store. I like that there's no carpet (like CVS) and everything inside is organized, well stocked (except paper products this entire pandemic, weird because other stores have it) and nicely displayed. Parking is easy, same lot as Whole Foods. The location is a little dark (need to change to white LED lights), but heck, it's right next door to the LG Police department. Don't understand why this store isn't bustling. It's modern and has everything I need, from the nail bar (with Essie) to the Amazon lockers to Papyrus cards. I like the serious guy at the cash register who greets us with a hearty, "Welcome to Rite Aid!" People, come check out this Rite Aid instead of CVS across the street!

For the pharmacy only. Not exactly a stellar Rite Aid pharmacy. When the all-male team works, we get excellent service, quick polite thoughtful, although at this particular rite aid, these pharmacists RARELY interact with customers, since I watch when in line plus my experience unless I get their attention usually have to speak loudly enough so they hear me) But when the all-female team there work, (and I am a female so this is fact based, not a gender bias, but problems happened too many times with them, so need to write this) the blondish tech, even when no other customer in line, I walk up and only customer there, I wait at least 3-5 min because she always says, 'I'll be with you in a moment." She's not doing anything else. When there ARE customers in front of me, she is the SLOWEST tech ever had at any of the 11 Rite Aids around CA we have used, and 2 regularly in other areas, we still use. Last night, I had to pick up an essential special medication for my daughter with MS which the male pharmacist had to order. I was first customer at pharmacy yesterday, only pharmacy customer there the whole time. Prescription for my 26 yr old daughter was 6 large GLASS bottles of a special liquid medication. This tech started to pack them tightly into a PAPER bag. I said, no, I will not carry all those glass bottles in a paper bag, as too much chance paper bag will break and all the medication bottles will fall out and break. With absolutely no common sense obviously, and as lazy as always, she says "oh, we are running low on plastic bags, so you can only have paper." I said not a chance. I will be right back. I went out to my vehicle, found my supply of very used plastic bags, and brought three in. As I came back in, I stopped by the front counter & asked the always very nice cashier there, do you still have plastic bags here? Her answer was of course we do, why ask? I said because the lazy tech in the back wants to give me 6 large glass bottles of liquid medication in a small paper bag since she couldn't be bothered to ask the manager, the pharmacist who was standing around, or you, to help out and bring them some. When I walked back to pharmacy with my 3 plastic bags, the tech somehow then, still NO OTHER pharmacy customers, had one plastic bag. sorry but I let loose. I said YOU are a problem every time here. You take forever to serve customers, you usually claim you can't find our regular medications in the computer to see if refills due, and today you insisted I had to take 6 large glass bottles of liquid medication, jammed in a PAPER BAG. I added if the heavy glass bottles broke through the paper bag you told me was my ONLY choice, were you going to pay for the medication lost, and are you going to explain to her specialist physician that because of your incompetence, my daughter won't have this necessary medication for another 2 days? You simply should not be in this job. Then the manager came up, who never helps anyone, and tried to tell me the tech didn't say I had to have a paper bag. I said well, you weren't here, I was. She PACKED all 6 bottles in a paper bag over my strong objection, told me "we are low on plastic bags" so obviously this useless tech LIED to you to cover for her laziness & total lack of any common sense. In my opinion, fact you came to basically chide me for going and getting my own plastic bags, maybe you shouldn't be here anymore either! The least you could have done is apologize for the inconvenience she caused. That pharmacist, of course, never helped either, standard procedure at this pharmacy. Done with this Los Gatos Rite Aid pharmacy unless absolute emergency when we are in area for the specialist doctors. Will wait till we are south in San Diego, or north at Citrus Heights, at both those terrific Rite Aids' pharmacies, for regular medications and where have far better store selections as well. FYI I put the medication glass bottles in one plastic bag, put the second one inside the first one to separate the bot

Very helpful phone customer service from pharmacy. Much better than Walgreens on Santa Cruz Ave.

Open 11am, but no pharmacist is there so tech says sorry, can't give you the meds that are here for you until pharmacist returns. When will that be I asked? Likely in next hour or so tech answers, so you can wait or just come back when a pharmacist is here (completely unconcerned about inconvenience and how crazy that sounded or the fact I traveled to get my meds and my daughters who is in wheelchair since birth.)This is SECOND TIME I have gone to pick up meds, no pharmacist there. No other Rite Aid pharmacy is this unpredictable for service or having an actual pharmacist on-site.Dangerous medicine! Beware!!I now travel 6 extra miles to another Rite Aid, never a problem there. So frustrating as this unreliable Rite Aid Los Gatos is closest to where we live.

I needed help today with an Ace Bandage for a bruised ankle and foot. I asked Dana for help..and she showed me several sizes and styles. I liked her very good customer service as Dana was there right to when she found me just what I was looking for. I will definitely be back to that Rite Aid in Los Gatos. The store is very neat, tidy, and they have very good customer service, too.Thank you, Dana.

Nice store and convenient in and out service. Some nice discounts on various products and price labeling in place to minimize surprises at the checkout

I used to love this store but I will not be returning anytime soon. The lady who checked us out had her mask only covering her mouth and not her nose, which already made me feel hesitant, and then when she started to talk to us she lowered her mask completely!! She wore it around her chin. This is completely unprofessional and I am very upset. After I paid, my family and I walked out of the store, but I decided to go back in to speak to someone about what had just happened. When I walked back in, there was now another young girl alongside the lady who checked me out, also wearing her mask around her chin!! What the heck!! I don't understand--it is not that hard to wear a mask normally. If you have some reason why you cannot wear a mask, you shouldn't be working in the first place. I'm very upset.

Well, this place is ok. It's funny I took off my backpack to place something inside, one of the staff thinks I was stealing. She come up to me closer. What a shady act? I guess I look homeless with my diamond bracelet and Coach Backpack and leather boots.

I've lived in the area for a number of years and always overlooked this Rite Aid. Stopping in today was a pleasant surprise! The store is bright, clean and well organized. The two women who were working the registers couldn't haven't been more kind and welcoming. In the Bay Area, often times good customer service is often overlooked and instead moody, rushed and negative. This location and its employees defy that assumption. I'll definitely consider this Rite Aid in the future for my needs.

Not sure when they remodeled this store....but it looks really nice. And it is well stocked. When I walked in a super friendly employee greeted me. I found what I was looking for and there was a very short line, made my purchase and walked out. No delays. Super efficient clerk. Really impressed with this Rite Aid!
