Do not go here for jewelry repair. I went in for a tennis bracelet clasp repair. It took 10 days to fix, and broke again in 5. I returned, hoping the work had some sort of guarantee. Unfortunately not, but I negotiated to a half-price repair. I was told the next one would be free. A few months go by, and the clasp snaps again. I go for my repair, and this time, he wants to charge me 150% of the first time. I have had this bracelet 8 years, and it's never been an issue. Now, multiple times tells me poor workmanship. Leaving 1 star for the kind lady at the counter.

Shantih and Tom were a pleasure to work with! They helped us find exactly what we wanted in a men's wedding band. For my wedding band I wanted to wear my grandmother's, which needed to be sized, but wanted to preserve the internal engraving. They were able to shrink the ring to fit perfectly. They have so many options in store as well! Would highly recommend! Customer service can't be better!

I am visiting from out of town, and I wear my husbands wedding ring on my middle finger (and it has been getting looser and looser on me and I was afraid I would lose it. I called on the phone first and he said come on in. He fixed it while we waited and told me about the product my ring is made of and how it can't be sized but will last me for many years . Very knowledgeable and very kind. it was a pleasure meeting him . if I Had jewelry to buy I would go back to him and trust his knowledge .CATHY

I needed to have fossilized shell made into a necklace-the day before my daughter's birthday!! I took it to LGJ and not only did they squeeze me in, they did a fantastic job with high-quality materials. They were so nice, and went out of their way to accomodate me. Highly recommend!!

Tom is the best! We had inherited a family engagement ring that needed to be reset. We are lucky that we found Los Gatos Jewelry! We looked at a few local jewelers but felt most comfortable in this business. All others seemed really pushy for sales and didn't listen to what I wanted. Tom designed and built us a custom engagement ring. He took into consideration my metal allergies, preference for how the ring sits on my finger, and style preference. All for a very fair price! He even had me in during the process of him making the ring to make sure it was fitting well before he proceeded to finish. Communication from his business was great the whole time. Love the ring and will 1000% be back at some point in the future to continue to support this business.

Had my 98 year old mother's wedding (x2) ring for appraisal. He was so friendly and helpful. Did it without charge, cleaned it, and gave referral if we were interested in selling it.Definitely would recommend him, and I would return if looking at jewelry piece.

We had gone to a handful of jewelers to buy wedding rings, but Los Gatos Jewelry was by far the most personable. They did a rush order for us, and the rings are great. We would definitely recommend them!

I've known Tom since 1992 and will attest he knows plenty about mastercrafting jewelry, custom manufacturing and repairs! He had manufactured and or repaired various of pieces for me over the years! Nice store , knowledgeable and has a long term following with subsequent family members joining the generation trust of Tom's work as well.No doubt the best jewelry store in Los Gatos!
